I was referred to Taylor dealer from an other dealer because of inventory. My family was treated so RUDLY if I personally was there I would have canceled "on the spot". Currently was in the process of getting a Kia Sportage was told I would get it but then 2 weeks later said the deal was sent back so they have to take the car back because I don’t have an 80 hour bi weekl was told I would get it but then 2 weeks later said the deal was sent back so they have to take the car back because I don’t have an 80 hour bi weekly paystub when I was there I told them it’s been about 4 months since I had that kind of paystub told them my usual hours are about 75 hours bi weekly now they said no problem plus I only had my Explorer to trade in which had about a 1000 left on the loan Brock and Brian at the Findlay office are terrible and I won’t be recommending anyone to go there plus Brian was the one who deals with the banks so until he’s gone I wouldn’t go there on top of that they would call me while I’m at work to ask for extra stuff to get my loan I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get these things before I leave the lot More

Service dept needs to be more vigilant in double checking their work when "completing" service. Lugs were not tightened. Not the first time with a unplesant experience their work when "completing" service. Lugs were not tightened. Not the first time with a unplesant experience More
This service department leaves a lot to be desired. My biggest complaint is that when last rotating my tires, the tech left one wheel loose. When I got out on the road for home, the most awful sounds cam biggest complaint is that when last rotating my tires, the tech left one wheel loose. When I got out on the road for home, the most awful sounds came from my car, and I turned back and had them look at it again. I was told that they "re-tourqued my lug nuts, everything is OK now." Well, after Covid interrupted life as we know it, it was 4 months before my husband checked the brakes for replacement. He discovered that one wheel and its lug nuts were all damaged and one lug nut was cross-threaded, so it broke. When I brought it in to service, Doug told me he would "do me a favor" and replace the broken lug, but would not take responsibility for the damage to the wheel or lug nuts. If they were really looking out for me and my car, someone should have confessed to the damage at the time it was done, and replaced my damaged parts. Obviously, they figured I would never find out! If I cannot trust the work to be done right, and the management won't make it right, I cannot bring my service work to them ever again. More
I purchased my 2017 Dodge Ram on 3/30/2020. I had a lease that was owed $1900 for pay off. I was told they would pay my lease off when I purchase the truck, but they want $1000 down. I said “no problem, but that was owed $1900 for pay off. I was told they would pay my lease off when I purchase the truck, but they want $1000 down. I said “no problem, but i would like to come back Friday when I get paid” the salesman’s response was “ we could do it now and take the $1000 for the down payment out of what is owed on the lease” I verbally agreed. From my knowledge the paperwork showed $1000 was put down and $900 was owed to me in check form. When i asked when i would receive the check i was told 7-10 business days. 27 days go by and no check. I call multiple times and get no returned calls. After finally making contact with the salesman he offers to write me a personal check for the $900. This seemed out of the ordinary so I questioned the validity. So We went into the dealership and the manager told me he owed me no money because the $900 check was used as my $1000 dollar down payment. I showed Kyle the paperwork saying after the deal I was owed a $900 check back to me. When I again explained that my lease was $1900 he said “that's what you signed on the paper”. I ask him why the salesperson would want to write me a personal check for the money if it is not owed to me and he has nothing to say just that I signed the paperwork. I explain that this was not explained to me and was negligent. I asked if I should have an attorney present when signing paperwork for a vehicle? All he has to say to me is “xxxx happens''. I feel like I was taken advantage of. In addition no one was apologetic or offered any sort of resolution to ensure this doesn’t happen to other customers. What a SUSPICIOUS place to do business. I was willing to put deposit down but they said no need. Got to dealership- truck was sold 2 days prior and they knew it. Cameron Jackson the manager had verified with call center that truck was available. No one called to tell us that a mistake was made or anything- just tried to sell us another truck. We do not beleive this truck ever existed- beleive its a scam on cargurus to get people into the dealerships. More

I am currently in the market for a new car, but made it clear that I was not ready to commit today as my spouse still needed to come test drive as well. My purpose was to help eliminate and narrow down a car for ourselves. The salesperson was helpful and let me look at a wide variety of vehicles, many with a test drive. This was extremely helpful However, then the sales manager came out and began pressuring for a commitment to purchase. I found the extremely frustrating as I had made it clear that I was not going to be buying that day. The biggest red flag was that he would never give me an actual price without getting me to sign paperwork. I was annoyed that I stayed at the dealership for nearly 3 hours when I had not intention of buying. Kind of wish I would have been a little more rude and just left, that way I could have finished my other errands. More
