The most laid back environment I’ve ever experienced while buying a car. The whole process was very easy and they were very transparent. Taylor Hyundai ads, which are posted everywhere, shows the suggested retail price which is what the sticker price is. As I was looking at a car that was in their ad, I noticed a different price on the win the suggested retail price which is what the sticker price is. As I was looking at a car that was in their ad, I noticed a different price on the windshield that was $3000 higher than the sticker. I asked about this and the salesman said "it is what it is". Blamed it on covid and the chip shortage (car was manufactured before the chip shortage) and apparently they won't negotiate off of that price. Plus, they offered me $1500 less for my trade- in than what I ended up getting at another dealer. Never again will I go there for a car. Bought the same car for $4500 less at another dealer in Columbus since they were willing to negotiate the price and didn't have the bogus covid/chip shortage mark-up. More

Be extremely careful when buying a new car from this dealer. I was buying a 2022 Elantra SEL and was ready to sign and then all of the sudden the price was $3000 more than what was listed. The salesman dealer. I was buying a 2022 Elantra SEL and was ready to sign and then all of the sudden the price was $3000 more than what was listed. The salesman told me that they added enviroguard protection to ALL of their new vehicles. The protection forces you to buy a $3000 warranty. They refused to let me but the car without the warranty. It felt really shady, as they never mentioned it until I asked about it when I went to sign the papers. They have 35 new Elantras on the lot. Every other dealership I've went to has no more than 3 of them. It is pretty obvious why. More
Taylor's service department is terrible and dishonest. Back in April I took my 2007 Santa Fe in because the transmission stayed in 3rd gear. It took them over 1-1/2 weeks to diagnose the problem and the s Back in April I took my 2007 Santa Fe in because the transmission stayed in 3rd gear. It took them over 1-1/2 weeks to diagnose the problem and the service manager said the solenoid valve body in the transmission was the problem. The cost to replace it was $2800. That was too much because of how old the car was so I agreed to let them put a used transmission in for around $1700 which took 3 weeks! After getting the car back and driving it for about a week it stuck in 3rd gear again! Took the car back and It took them 3 weeks to determine that the problem all along was the transmission control module and then another week to get the module in and install it. A new module with labor was about $1500. They tried to find a used one but had no success. After they installed the new module and I got the car back the first part of August and when I went to pay the bill I argued the point that I should not have to pay it and they owed me $200 because they replaced the transmission which was not the problem in the first place. They did drop the price to $785 for the transmission module & labor but I am still out the difference. It was just a mess. They had a service manager quit right in the middle of all this and communications between him and the other service manager did not exist so the service manager from Taylor's Kia dealership down the street had to come in and straighten things out which took a while and I kept getting the runaround as to win my car was going to be fixed. No way to run a business. I waited to post this to make sure the transmission module was the REAL problem and so far there's been no issues. JUST A BAD EXPERIENCE! More
