Originally had a good experience with the dealership, however started having issues with my vehicle. Extended warranty that was sold to me won't touch it and dealership won't touch it, so I asked to spe however started having issues with my vehicle. My check engine light came on today as I was traveling back to Ohio with a a new Bull and a horse i my trailer.. I stopped at Lowe Chevrolet and their service dept. did a great job getting my truck looked back to Ohio with a a new Bull and a horse i my trailer.. Took my truck there to be repaired after it was stolen. $ 9687.92 and it still isn't fixed. Brakes are terrible, and the body work is awful. Update: Since this review they refuse to even talk to me or GM or BBB. Their reasoning now is that I complained to BBB and wrote negative reviews. The told me go ahead and sue them. If you complain about them, they will retaliate and call you a liar. GM did try to help, to no avail. Ed Morse owns a cheverlet dealer in lebanon and Rolla. Just buy there if you can. At least those places support local schools. (Lowes in face does not or even advertise in games. That is a face.) ------------------------- Do not bring a vehicle in for service. I brought my vehicle in with a pass key issue to be fixed. They did not fix it and just replaced parts as the system has a grounding issue. I was charged 362.71 for the repair and told it was working. Less than a week later it started up again. I tried to bring it back but they drug it out over a month since the manager was gone and they were 3 weeks out for appointments. I was charged again 152 (and refunded that part back since the repair was broken in their parking lot. They told me that they would not work on my vehicle anymore and to being it somewhere else since the work was under warrante. I have contacted to GM customer service, my bank, BBB, and the state attorney general office. They are not cooperating with them and refused to try to settle with the BBB. I am still find a solution. Do not bring or even buy anything from them in my mind as they do not care. Got to Ford dealer as they support the schools and community. If you need a Chevy goto Rolla or Lebanon for great service. They will just do a parts changer type repair and charge you and absorbent price and still give the car back with the same problem code, in my case made the car not start. If nothing is settled this will be a case filed in court for a lot more than the amount I paid. Please buy a car from someone that cares and not these guys. More

Initially me and my wife just came in to get our 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 checked out so that we could get it re-registered. While our truck was in the shop getting checked out, we ran into Kenny Allen and right away he was friendly and courteous with us. He showed us around the lot on his cart and we checked out the different trucks that were on the lot. I was not planning on getting a new truck or anything because ours was already paid off. We test drove the new 2013 and 2014 Chevrolet Silverado's and I tell you, there is no comparison between the two. I fell in love with the 2014 model. After some consideration, and some persuasion by my wife, we agreed upon a price that was too good to pass up. This isn't the end of our experience with Lowe's though. Not only did we trade our Dodge Ram in and walked out with a brand new Chevrolet Silverado, but my wife traded her Hyundai Elantra in and she walked out with a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic. And she is paying less on this car than she was on the Hyundai. Short to say, I am extremely happy with our experience with Lowe's. Both Kenny Allen and Brandon Shoemaker made our time spent at Lowe's happy and very pain-free. It's not often that I come across a dealership where the salesman aren't pushy and overbearing. We will definitely be recommending Lowe's to our friends that are looking for a new vehicle. More
