I bought my new Aveo from Bruce Parrish and got a great deal. Bruce was super throughout the process and filled the car with gas the day I picked it up. A few months later I hit a deer with my Aveo and did extensive damage to the front drivers side. I took the car to Lowe's body shop for repair. They gave me a loaner car for the entire time my car was in the shop and did a superb job fixing the car as good as new. I have used the shop for maintenance on my Aveo every time I changed my oil and they have also been fantastic. I am well treated when I visit Lowe Chevrolet and it all started with Bruce Parrish and the sales experience. More
Chuck was very honest, and friendly. No one likes working on a saturday, but he was patient and gave us the best deal possible. I shopped on line and found my Chevy Dully I wanted. I was waiting for an insurance settlement and they worked with me to purchase the truck with some money down, till I could finish buying the truck. was waiting for an insurance settlement and they worked with me to purchase the truck with some money down, till I could finish buying the truck. My sales person Melissa Callen listened to what I needed, wasn't pushy like some dealers and saw to it I got what I needed. Another employee helped me arrange the final paperwork, saw to it the truck had a full tank of gas and that I was satisfied with the truck. They also helped set up my cell phone with the truck and gave me several months of Onstar in case i needed assistance on the road. My overall experience from the get go was Excellent ! I refer my friends to them . I have also kept their Lowe Chevy plate on my back bumper to advertise them to others when I drive my truck. Thanks Melissa and fellas at Lowe Chevy in Waynesville, Mo. From the moment i stepped foot on the Lowe Chevrolet parking lot I knew it was going to be a good experience. The sales personnel were nice, with each and everyone of them having a smile on their face f parking lot I knew it was going to be a good experience. The sales personnel were nice, with each and everyone of them having a smile on their face followed by a friendly hello. I had a the pleasure of working with one salesmen named Rick Dourlain. Rick was not the type of salesperson who would try to make the buyer spend more than he/she wanted. He was not pushy like most salespeople, he focused on what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend and went from there. Not only did he make sure everything was okay with my newly purchased vehicle the day I drove it off the lot, but the next day as well he made sure everything was going fine and was making sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for reasonable pricing, great salespeople, and an overall great experience with their car shopping to head in to Lowe's Chevrolet where you will be 100% satisfied. I also recommend asking for Rick Dourlain when making and purchases! More

I entered everything Very Bad because after my purchase of my vehicle they did not follow through with the promises they made. They said they would fix minor things here and there and order parts and also of my vehicle they did not follow through with the promises they made. They said they would fix minor things here and there and order parts and also detail my vehicle. Well, the detail was "supposed" to be a complete, there was STILL dirt up in the wheel wells and the vacuum job was horrible. Three weeks after my purchase I went back and the parts were not ordered at all, so I myself had to make the orders. Doug Henson was my salesman and he is the guy that made the promises, that he never fell through with. I also wanted Doug's boss to give me a call about the vehicle, it's been over a week now and still no phone call. I've purchased about 5 different vehicles since I've been driving and this was by far the worst experience ever. I'm not saying that to be childish, I'm saying that because I really feel that way and I will never go back for anything. More

I used this site to find a salesperson that other people trusted. After looking at the reviews, I decided to visit Lowes Chevy and speak with Chuck Rogers. I am 80 years old and have probably bought 25 cars trusted. After looking at the reviews, I decided to visit Lowes Chevy and speak with Chuck Rogers. I am 80 years old and have probably bought 25 cars in my life. To be honest, I've never really had a preference in car brands as long as my research shows that my purchase will help the economy of the USA. Other than that, in my experience, it's really about the person you buy from and whether or not they care more about their commission, the dealership (like impressing the owner), or in rare cases, the customer. Let me just say, it only takes a minute to know that Chuck is a rare man, much more than a salesman. After getting home, I pulled out a file box because talking with him triggered a memory of another salesman I bought a car from a long time ago. Sure enough, I bought an AMC Matador (not a great car) in 1978 from a dealer in Illinois whose last name was Rogers. I know it's a common name, but from what I remember, both he and Chuck Rogers were the only two times I felt like I was important. I didn't buy a car this time because I just couldn't afford what I want yet, but Lord willing, I will buy one from Chuck. I hope you will too. More
Chuck was very friendly and knew what we wanted before we asked. The dealership let us take our vehicle home for a few days verses making us wait for an available finance person. There was plenty of waiting area and nice place for kids to watch tv. We had bought another vehicle from a different company a few months prior and did not receive near the service nor attention as we did at Lowe's. they did not pressure us but were thorough and efficient. This dealer made us feel welcome and obviously wanted our business. Many dealers do not give the attention to used sales but Lowes and Chuck treated us well and with respect. We will definitely return when we are ready for another vehicle! More
