This was the best experience I had buying a vehicle. I was in another state and purchased a vehicle. They allowed my daughter to come and check it out and drive it before I got there. Once I got there, Rich would not let me sign any paperwork until I drove it. Then when I got inside to see Brandon, he had all of the paperwork ready for me and I got out of there in about 15 minutes. I drove the vehicle (Ford F-150 Truck) back to Maryland with absolutely no problems. They both (Rich & Brandon) shared tidbits of information with me concerning the vehicle itself that proved very helpful as I was driving back to Maryland. Rich was the best-I called the dealership, he answered I told him about the flyer that I had received in the mail (I used to live in that area). He ran a credit check and got back to me in 30 minutes with a website of what vehicles I was eligible to purchase. I was so impressed. I got a good truck, excellent service, and I am feeling gooddddddd! More

Initially me and my wife just came in to get our 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 checked out so that we could get it re-registered. While our truck was in the shop getting checked out, we ran into Kenny Allen and r Dodge Ram 1500 checked out so that we could get it re-registered. While our truck was in the shop getting checked out, we ran into Kenny Allen and right away he was friendly and courteous with us. He showed us around the lot on his cart and we checked out the different trucks that were on the lot. I was not planning on getting a new truck or anything because ours was already paid off. We test drove the new 2013 and 2014 Chevrolet Silverado's and I tell you, there is no comparison between the two. I fell in love with the 2014 model. After some consideration, and some persuasion by my wife, we agreed upon a price that was too good to pass up. This isn't the end of our experience with Lowe's though. Not only did we trade our Dodge Ram in and walked out with a brand new Chevrolet Silverado, but my wife traded her Hyundai Elantra in and she walked out with a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic. And she is paying less on this car than she was on the Hyundai. Short to say, I am extremely happy with our experience with Lowe's. Both Kenny Allen and Brandon Shoemaker made our time spent at Lowe's happy and very pain-free. It's not often that I come across a dealership where the salesman aren't pushy and overbearing. We will definitely be recommending Lowe's to our friends that are looking for a new vehicle. More
