My Lowe Chevy Experience Starting in April of this year I was on a quest to find a used Jeep Wrangler of my liking. After viewing the available vehicles in the Chicago market Starting in April of this year I was on a quest to find a used Jeep Wrangler of my liking. After viewing the available vehicles in the Chicago market I was unable to find one that met my price, mileage and color constraints. I then reluctantly began looking on Ebay and Autotrader for possible matches outside my zone. Within days I found a match, unfortunately for me it was located in Waynesville, Missouri approximately seven hours from my home.. UGH!!!! I spent a day or so collecting my thoughts; how was I going complete this long distance deal?!?!? We know all too well how the internet is filled with elaborate scams and schemes, I didn’t want to be just another statistic. I quickly began to do my homework in order to determine the legitimacy of Lowe Chevrolet and everything seem to checkout just fine. Now it was time to call, “Stressful” to say the least, I didn’t want to be presented with a fast talking, high pressured salesman, I would have ran in a second. Thankfully my call was taken by Don Pitts, Lowe’s Sales Consultant, he was absolutely perfect. Don’s calming personality and structured approach set me at ease immediately. Knowing I was quite a distance away Don took the time to guide me through a detailed tour of the Jeep. Through a series of follow up calls Don maintained his clear, calm and reassuring approach. Second guessing myself every step of the way I located a third party to put hands on the vehicle and gave me their impression of the Jeep. Their answer was exactly like that received by Don, the vehicle was true to Don’s description to the end. We were able to close this deal by the end of that week and it was shipped to me within days. I am now a very happy owner of a Jeep Wrangler thanks in large part to Don Pitts’ spot on customer approach. Excellent Service! After having been a prior customer over 10 years ago and having knowledge of how well my family and I were treated, I returned to the Lowe Chevrolet D After having been a prior customer over 10 years ago and having knowledge of how well my family and I were treated, I returned to the Lowe Chevrolet Dealership in Waynesville, MO because I knew I would be taken care of. I was in need of a larger vehicle due to my growing family (yet again) and without having stepped foot into the facility, my husband and I met with Kenny Allen out on the lot, explained our situation and without hesitation, Kenny showed us three different vehicles and recommended others. As he invited us in to his cubicle made sure we were comfortable and started to work his magic on his computer to find us the best vehicle with the best deal to suit our needs and our pockets. After narrowing it down to two types of vehicles, Kenny invited us to come back the next day as he prepared a more detailed list of vehicles to choose what best suited our needs. After returning and being treated, yet again, as if we were the most important people there, we settled on a vehicle. Days later we received a call that the vehicle arrived and was being serviced for delivery to our family. During our wait, Kenny kept in touch with us to ensure all was ok with us and to update us on the status of our vehicle to come. Once it was ready for pick up, Kenny was there and fully knowledgeable about the entire vehicle and answered any questions we had. After driving off the lot feeling absolutely satisfied, I didn't think I would hear from Kenny again. Well, I was wrong. Kenny made contact with us to ensure all was well with both oyr family and the vehicle. I hope the friendship formed between Kenny and our family will never end. Kenny has shown great pride in his job it reflects in his personality as a great person, dealer and friend. I can only hope that I can be there for him one day as he has been there for us. I will also state that a dealership cannot run without having a team, and the team that works together at Lowe were awesome and I thank and applaud them all for all there hard work and dedication to help not only us but others in need. They were friendly, attentive, and went the extra distance to do everything possible to get things corrected and understood! Wow...kind, courteous, interested, and honest!! Vehicle Trade In In Aug. 2013, we traded in 2 of our vehicles for a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic and 2014 Chevrolet Silverado. We were given a fair pay off for our car and go In Aug. 2013, we traded in 2 of our vehicles for a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic and 2014 Chevrolet Silverado. We were given a fair pay off for our car and good trade for our 2005 Dodge Ram which was paid off. We greatly enjoyed both of these vehicles but unfortunately we had to look at coming in once again to trade these in because we are preparing to head to Germany and can only take one car. We wanted a vehicle that was big enough to transport 4 people, 3 animals as well as our baggage and animal supplies. We had taken a look at the Chevrolet Volt and gave it a test drive which passed with flying colors. We were thinking about this one because we would be able to save so much money on gas by driving on the electric batteries. We found out that we would not be able to charge the vehicle anywhere on the military post and would wind up paying more to charge it than with gas. We found the Chevrolet Equinox and took it for a test drive. Absolutely love it and this will definitely do what we need it to do. Kenny once again went above and beyond to get us a good deal on our new car. From our first trade in, Brandon Shoemaker has dealt with the dealership in Oregon to try and get us our refund back for our cancelled Gap insurance on our car. So far we have not received anything but Brandon and Kenny are still working on it to try and square us away. Every time that we come into the dealership, everybody makes us feel at home. There is always a pleasant environment with everyone that works there and is always fun to go in. Kenny is one of if not the best salesman that I have had the pleasure of working with. Typically salesman are so pushy and don't care about what the customer wants. He ensures that you drive away happy and 100% secure in the decision that you have made. I would recommend this dealership and working with Kenny Allen to anybody looking for a new car, truck, SUV, at times a motorcycle or whatever type of vehicle someone might be looking for. More
