Incredible Experience - From a Dodge Guy This is the dealership that in my opinion, will restore a consumers faith in cars salesman and dealer owners. I was not a "prime" borrower but Jody and Rob worked very hard to get me in to the vehicle that I wanted. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get my first choice. However, because of the interactions I had with Jody (before meeting him in person) and the level of respect I was given as a buyer regardless of my situation I decided to continue working with him and shoot for something more economical that I could get in to. I had a choice to buy the same car from a dealer 10 miles away from my house, but the rapport that we had made me want to drive the 100 miles to get there and buy a car from him. I am glad that I did. Jody parked the car I was approved for under a shelter to prevent it from getting hailed on, the night before we drove out there. I was very appreciative of this. My wife and I drove to the dealership the next day and the car was still there. Shortly after test driving I walked inside and the Owner of all people walked up to me and shook my hand to introduce himself. He knew exactly who I was and was fully aware that I was there for a different vehicle but chose to travel and purchase one of their models instead. I cannot tell you how awesome this was for me. I never had an owner take the time to really interact with the customers the way Mr. Lowe did. Jody took his time explaining the features of our new Cruze to us. He made sure we were comfortable in the vehicle and even checked up on us shortly after we arrived home to make sure my wife liked the vehicle. It takes a lot for me to put trust in a car dealership and even more car salesman. I feel like I made the right decision with Lowe Chevy even if I did not get what I initially applied for.
