Amazing Experience We LOVE buying from Lowe Chevrolet! Since 2008 we have bought 3 Suburbans, 1 Silverado, 1 Malibu, and 1 Mazda 6! Of those vehicles, 1 of them was bran We LOVE buying from Lowe Chevrolet! Since 2008 we have bought 3 Suburbans, 1 Silverado, 1 Malibu, and 1 Mazda 6! Of those vehicles, 1 of them was brand new and two were certified. Our main Salesman has been Kenny Allen. Kenny has always been straight with us! And we have always received the best deals from Lowe Chevrolet. Trust me when I say we kept them honest and put them to the test. They have consistently offered/paid more for the vehicles we were trading vs any other dealership! Usually about 1500/2000 more! It is such a friendly atmosphere inside the dealership. Even the folks in the service department are courteous and friendly. We really have experienced no pressure ever when dealing with Kenny Allen and Lowe Chevrolet. We have a son who will be turning 16 soon and it is safe to say we will go to Lowe's before we hit any other dealership. I really can not say enough good things about Lowe Chevrolet! We literally recommend them to everyone we know. More
Great Team Work from Sales to Finance So I moved to the Waynesville area this past spring. Went to a couple of dealerships near post and it seemed no one wanted to work with me. I ended So I moved to the Waynesville area this past spring. Went to a couple of dealerships near post and it seemed no one wanted to work with me. I ended up buying two vehicles (truck and a car) in one week at the local toyota dealership and was happy to have been able to get financed in two vehicles but my experiences after the sale left me uneasy. Some concerns were fixed once I got the General Manger involved but it should of never have gotten that far. So, now I have been here five months, two car payments later, a total of three payments with my bike I needed to do a reality check on having so many car payments going out as a single person. I first reached out to above mention dealership, giving them another chance but soon realized if I was about to trade in two vehicles, one being my beloved Harley Davidson Street Bob I wanted something different then a similar vehicle to what I had just bought in May. I had and Scion and now was being pushed to buy a SCION FRS. I didn't see much of a difference. I contacted Lowe's and was put in touch with Kenny Allen. He allowed me to explain my current situation and what I was looking to do. Go down from three monthly payments, and three insurance payments down to two. I was willing to trade in my new car and my bike but I didn't want to take a loss on what I owed on the bike, knowing I was going to get hit with the car , it being so new and we all know how they loose value as soon as you drive them off the lot. So when I went there for first visit to take the car, then return with the bike to get trade in offers, there was a gentleman there, who I later came to know as Jody Cromer, the finance manager, who struck up a conversation with me as I waited for Kenny. What I liked from the beginning and often hard for me, because when I want something , I want it now Kenny explained to me it would take a couple days to get a deal because with the trade ins, he wanted it done right. Me being an impatient person I thought that was a hint it wasn't going to happen or if it was I was going to take a huge hit, and rightly so given what I was trying to do. Well two days later, as promised, I was there in Jody's office amazed, given the circumstances the deal I was about to walk out with. It was hard to let go of the bike, no lie, and I didn't get what I thought I would get for a trade in value on the bike but the overall deal I got was amazing. I got a lower interest rate then the Toyota Scion, less monthly payments and believe it or not my insurance dropped going from the Scion to a 2015 Camaro! From beginning to end the teamwork between Kenny and Jody was great. Now , the test for them going forward will they keep me coming back there? Time will tell. I'm thinking my experience at this dealership will be different then previous one so as of right now, I will direct anyone I know to them above all other dealerships here in the area. Lee More

AWESOME SHOPPING AND BUYING EXPERIENCE I had been using this dealership's service department and always received top notch service. So when I decided it was time to begin shopping for a ne I had been using this dealership's service department and always received top notch service. So when I decided it was time to begin shopping for a new vehicle it seemed only natural to give their sales department a try! George Allen was my salesman and I highly recommend him. He listened to me learning my likes, dislikes, needs, wants, and budget. Most of all he didn't rush me and didn't let me settle for something he didn't think I would be happy with 6 months down the road just because it was on the lot. He searched and found exactly what I wanted. Even more exciting Lowe Chevrolet gave MORE for my trade in than I expected! Oh and don't be surprised if all the employees you see greet you with a smile and a hi, including the owner! Lowe Chevrolet is very family friendly oriented which is what attracted me in the first place. Thanks George you were awesome! More

They still worked thier magic and put me in a new 2015 Camaro and cut my payments in half. I came in not exspecting much and left with a new car nd a smile. More

And when Kenny Allen popped his head in just to tell me that the car I was getting was his sister-in-laws car and she took really great care of it, and never smoked in it, made me feel he cared also.... And Rob in Financing made everything go smoothly. And last but not least.....If it wasn't for Jody Cromer butting it all together because it was George's day off, and I told him not to come in on his day off, I don't think I could have done this without him. He is THE FUNNIEST PERSON EEEEVVVVEEERRRRRRR. And he was the best, of the best to wrap it all up into one enjoyable deal ever!!!!!! So like I say...COME "1" or COME ALL ...YOU'LL ALL BE WELCOMED!
