Update: Since this review they refuse to even talk to me or GM or BBB. Their reasoning now is that I complained to BBB and wrote negative reviews. The told me go ahead and sue them. If you complain about them, they will retaliate and call you a liar. GM did try to help, to no avail. Ed Morse owns a cheverlet dealer in lebanon and Rolla. Just buy there if you can. At least those places support local schools. (Lowes in face does not or even advertise in games. That is a face.) ------------------------- Do not bring a vehicle in for service. I brought my vehicle in with a pass key issue to be fixed. They did not fix it and just replaced parts as the system has a grounding issue. I was charged 362.71 for the repair and told it was working. Less than a week later it started up again. I tried to bring it back but they drug it out over a month since the manager was gone and they were 3 weeks out for appointments. I was charged again 152 (and refunded that part back since the repair was broken in their parking lot. They told me that they would not work on my vehicle anymore and to being it somewhere else since the work was under warrante. I have contacted to GM customer service, my bank, BBB, and the state attorney general office. They are not cooperating with them and refused to try to settle with the BBB. I am still find a solution. Do not bring or even buy anything from them in my mind as they do not care. Got to Ford dealer as they support the schools and community. If you need a Chevy goto Rolla or Lebanon for great service. They will just do a parts changer type repair and charge you and absorbent price and still give the car back with the same problem code, in my case made the car not start. If nothing is settled this will be a case filed in court for a lot more than the amount I paid. Please buy a car from someone that cares and not these guys. More

never contacting you back I don't write bad reviews often but this takes the cake tried for 10 days to get a price on a truck as I am over 100 miles away the first Saturday se I don't write bad reviews often but this takes the cake tried for 10 days to get a price on a truck as I am over 100 miles away the first Saturday sent 3 emails no response so I sent not such a nice one I guess you don't want to sell vehicles then I got a response from 2 people so I responded back trying to get affirm price because I live so far came down some but I had to send several e mails to get a response. so I sent one to Jody Cromer sales mgr not 1 but 3 no response so I called asked for the general mgr the lady said we don't have one then I asked for the owner not in asked for his e mail dpesnt have one so I found it on their website sent him one no response I cant imagine sevice after the sale cant get it before the sale so the sales manager and owner have no time to respond or don't care good luck to anyone buying here I had cash and ready to buy how stupid these people are. More

Best Dealership I have ever dealt with in all my 75 years. My grandson was looking for a Tahoe and I decided to help look for one. I found one at Lowe Chevrolet and gave them a call. I talked with Joe Wallac My grandson was looking for a Tahoe and I decided to help look for one. I found one at Lowe Chevrolet and gave them a call. I talked with Joe Wallace, he answered all my questions in a very truthful manner. I told my grandson about the vehicle and I drove from Harrison, Arkansas to Springfield, picked up our grandson and drove to Waynesville. We were met by Joe Wallace. All the things Joe told me about the Tahoe were exactly as he had previously stated. Joe is a great salesman and a nicer person. We made an offer with some conditions. It was eventually approved by Jody Cromer, Sales Manager. Jody is another great person to deal with. I don't think we could have been treated better even if we had purchased a new Tahoe. My grandson told me that all repairs and checks were completed today. He also was impressed with everyone he dealt with, Joe Wallace, Jody Cromer, Bruce, who handled the paperwork, and George in Service Dept. More

We went to take a look and Rich Dourlain greeted us, gave us a test drive, assessed our trade-in, didn't push for a sale, but made us a good offer we couldn't refuse. He helped us with features we weren't familiar with in the truck and followed up with getting our first oil change. Bruce was very friendly and helped us with the purchase and title paperwork. Buying a car is usually a painful experience, but Rich and Bruce made it painless and pleasurable. More
