I was out looking for a new(used) car because I was sick of my car. I wasn't out to buy a car that day but decided to go up to Chevy to see if they had any used cobalts. I choose Matt because I had talked to him when he was at another dealership and he did a fantastic job there but at the time I wasn't ready to buy a new car. So I decided he was the man I wanted to help me find a car. It didn't take long and he had me test driving the 2011 Cruze. I wasn't thrilled about the Cruze at first. I didn't think it was what I wanted. I thought it handled well but I just didn't like the look of it. When we got back to the dealership he showed me one in Black that was a 2012 Cruze. He sold me on it with all the features, gas mileage and accesories that came with it. I loved how much he knew about the car. And the fact he had completely listened to what I said I was looking for and knew that the Cruze had what I wanted! I was a little worried at first when we started the paperwork because of the cost of a brand new car but Matt said not to worry that the finacing guy worked miracles. We got approved for the car and Matt said we should come back tomorrow and it would all be done. The next day my husband and me did look around at another car lot just in case. When we got to the dealership Matt had the car ready to go and paperwork ready. I said I wanted to test drive the car one more time so we went out and did. I loved how he still stayed smiling about it. When we got back and he took us to his cubicle to see the paperwork we were amazed! The finacal guy had worked a miracle! Other places were outrageous with their APR rating but his was amazingly good! We talked over some warranties and signed paperwork in under 20 minutes!!! I would recommend going up to Chevy and speaking with Matt! He is a sweetheart and really listens to what you want! He stayed late for us the first night to make sure we would be good to go the next day. I loved how friendly everyone else was there too! I had an overall great experience there. I've always heard good things about them and found out first hand it was all true! More
We were unsure if we wanted to purchase a car, Matt welcomed us as soon as we got there. He was very nice and professional, he did not pressure us in anyway. We left and checked out other dealerships and no one had a deal even close to what Lowe Chevrolet offered. Through the entire process Matt made sure were taken care of. After the purchase was complete Matt has made sure all of our issues have been taken care of. He is one of the most polite salesmen we have bought a vehicle from and we will definitely buy from him and Lowe chevrolet again. More

We bought my new (to me) car here and traded in my old car; we got a great deal with no "back-n-forth" nonsense. After purchasing our vehicle from them, I had a few "extras" installed and they were happy car; we got a great deal with no "back-n-forth" nonsense. I have brought my vehicle in for service and some touch up body work; as well as my husband took his FORD there for service, because Sellers Sexton (the ford dealership here) was the WORST service/help we had ever in our lives seen (to say the least). Lowe Chevy gladly helped us, they are honest and hardworking; they aim to please. They went out of their way to ensure that we were taken care of! Amazing people and great quality cars with AWESOME service and support; is hard to beat. You don't just get a car, you get a dealership and support team along with it. Just for a little extra info/"cherry on-top"; my husband didn't even purchase his truck from them, it's not a Chevy and they still worked on it. However the very BEST part about was; the problem we thought was major (due to sellers sexton ford) was in fact very simple, so they didn't even charge us for service. I like to believe it's just because we are 100% satisfied, returning customers and they felt that we were done wrong by the other dealership; but it could be just because they are simply great, honest people who care about their customers and community. They show great support for all military troops and others alike. Their prices in both service and sales are hard to beat. Fact/comparison: (Sellers Sexton charges 99$ minimum for just diagnostic plug in; Lowe Chevy charges only 65$, also Sellers Sexton tried to tell us that Lowe's "doesn't work on Diesels" and "they are the only local Diesel Mechanics in town" (that's a lie) because low and behold; Lowe's Chevy works on Diesels and do a great job. Basically sellers sexton ford, tried to lie to us to earn our business and treated us as if we are stupid/ignorant.) Fun fact/food for thought: Chevy produces a diesel, so why wouldn't they have a "diesel mechanic"? LOL, just sayin ; ) Obviously there’s much more to the story of our ford issue, but the bottom line is this dealership and all service departments are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! More
Everything that they said they would do was done, no muss or fuss. Had to work a bit to get the deal I wanted, but the negotiations were fair and above board with no sales games.
