I was trying to sale my truck online when I received this call from Matt at Lowe Chevy. He told me that he was every interested and would like to make me an offer. I wasn't sure that I would get was I was lo call from Matt at Lowe Chevy. He told me that he was every interested and would like to make me an offer. I wasn't sure that I would get was I was looking for but Matt was very patient as I was not. I was eager to sale so I drove 45 miles to the dealership unfortunately Matt was off that day. O saw another salesman but they could not offer me was I wanted. I was furious because I had driven out of my way. A few days later Matt called and said that he hear that I came by to sale my truck. I told him how upset I was because I was promised a certain price range by another salesperson that wasn't true. Matt reassured me that he would check into and and fight to help me out. I had only spoken with Matt over the phone about thi deal but he was very consistent at getting me a good offer. Finally he called and told me that we had reach the magic number so he was ready to buy if I was ready to sale. The next day there was a driver at my home to pick up the truck and finish the transaction. Unfortunately it was not Matt but he kept untouched with me all they way through each step. Even after everything was complete he called and has kept in contact with me. I recommend anyone who wants to sale or purchase a vehicle to go see Matt Ford at Lowe Chevy. He took care of me and I'm sure he'll do the same for you. More

I spoke with Matt Ford when he actually came into my place of business to do some banking. I noticed his name tag and he immediately was willing to offer me some help and quality. After Matt left I was still a little scepticle because my current car is running just fine. Shockingly he went back to the dealership and drove the Chevrolet Cruze we looked at online down for me to check out. I examined the car and immediately fell in love. I am waiting for my tax return and will immediately go back to Lowe Chevrolet to speak with Matt about the Cruze. If the car is not still there I am sure that Matt's extraordinary knowledge will guide me to the right car.
