The purchase process was smooth with no pressure and felt he was very interested and knowledgeable of my vehicle desires. He kept the purchase process "on track" and offered lots of discussion for a better understanding of my questions while keeping the process on track. All of the various Grubaugh personnel we were involved with during our trade and purchase experience were most helpful and considerate of our concerns. They had several vehicles in stock on their sales lot where various option items could be seen in "real life" which made the selection of desirable options for my vehicle very easy. A prior Chevrolet dealership we visited only had two vehicles that I was interested in and neither was suitable for what I was seeking with little interest in discussing anything not already in their inventory. I would highly recommend our total experience with Mark and the Taylor Grubaugh Chevrolet team as good as a vehicle purchasing experience can be. These comments are about individuals associated with Taylor Grubaugh Chevrolet who appear to me to have acquired the previously named Lowe Chevrolet dealership earlier this year. We have had no earlier association with Lowe Chevrolet and had never visited that dealership when they were in Waynesville prior to being Taylor Grubaugh Chevrolet. More
Originally had a good experience with the dealership, however started having issues with my vehicle. Extended warranty that was sold to me won't touch it and dealership won't touch it, so I asked to spe however started having issues with my vehicle. Left message for GM several times and after 2 weeks still no call. If you plan on having service on your vehicle do not buy from this dealership. More

My check engine light came on today as I was traveling back to Ohio with a a new Bull and a horse i my trailer.. I stopped at Lowe Chevrolet and their service dept. did a great job getting my truck looked back to Ohio with a a new Bull and a horse i my trailer.. Took my truck there to be repaired after it was stolen. $ 9687.92 and it still isn't fixed. Brakes are terrible, and the body work is awful. Update: Since this review they refuse to even talk to me or GM or BBB. Their reasoning now is that I complained to BBB and wrote negative reviews. The told me go ahead and sue them. If you complain about them, they will retaliate and call you a liar. GM did try to help, to no avail. Ed Morse owns a cheverlet dealer in lebanon and Rolla. Just buy there if you can. At least those places support local schools. (Lowes in face does not or even advertise in games. That is a face.) ------------------------- Do not bring a vehicle in for service. I brought my vehicle in with a pass key issue to be fixed. They did not fix it and just replaced parts as the system has a grounding issue. I was charged 362.71 for the repair and told it was working. Less than a week later it started up again. I tried to bring it back but they drug it out over a month since the manager was gone and they were 3 weeks out for appointments. I was charged again 152 (and refunded that part back since the repair was broken in their parking lot. They told me that they would not work on my vehicle anymore and to being it somewhere else since the work was under warrante. I have contacted to GM customer service, my bank, BBB, and the state attorney general office. They are not cooperating with them and refused to try to settle with the BBB. I am still find a solution. Do not bring or even buy anything from them in my mind as they do not care. Got to Ford dealer as they support the schools and community. If you need a Chevy goto Rolla or Lebanon for great service. They will just do a parts changer type repair and charge you and absorbent price and still give the car back with the same problem code, in my case made the car not start. If nothing is settled this will be a case filed in court for a lot more than the amount I paid. Please buy a car from someone that cares and not these guys. More
