So far jury is out.. I have been in a situation of where they were so helpful and so nice to deal with.. However, as the story goes the full moon had me up tight.. I have MAJOR Trunk leak situation and now squirrels eating my harnesses.. so like I said jury is out and this service tech made it a little easier to take.. but my car is still there.. so Dick Miller ( Billy Bob Thorton) will be easy to work with.. smiles are always nicer to deal with in the service center at Taylor Ford. More
