So far jury is out.. I have been in a situation of where they were so helpful and so nice to deal with.. However, as the story goes the full moon had me up tight.. I have MAJOR Trunk leak situation and now squirrels eating my harnesses.. so like I said jury is out and this service tech made it a little easier to take.. but my car is still there.. so Dick Miller ( Billy Bob Thorton) will be easy to work with.. smiles are always nicer to deal with in the service center at Taylor Ford. No follow up or verification I bought new transit connect. While looking over I saw cross rails for roof rack missing and a scratch on body mounding. They ordered the roof rails and called me for repairs. Washed vehicle after I got home from originally picking it up and had a water leak in windshield area and found phone charger pad wasn’t working.. I waited and took in for after they called about rails were at dealer. Took in on Thursday. I told them about other issues . They didn’t send car out until Friday late to repair water leak. Kept all weekend called me Monday and told me to come get it. I asked about rails and charging pad and they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. They checked for rails and found they didn’t have them.. xxx?? Called again late in day Monday and still don’t have car finished. Now promised for Tuesday.. Great sales crappy service. Suggest they hire a new service manager and don’t have your car serviced here. Lack of follow up by him shows the caliber of person your dealing with More
Horrible craftsmanship/Lack of feedback Went in for a passenger airbag recall. Promised by Ford mailings that I would be getting a loaner car for FREE. Nope! Who's lying? Promised the job would take half a day or less. Nope! The job looks like it was done in half an hour at the end of the day. Car was received with the front bezel completely out of it's clip (not flush), dirty with grease marks, and with a rubber part sitting on the floor under the glove box. I couldn't believe they would return a car back to it's owner in this condition. For someone, who takes pride in his car, do not service your car at the dealership. They could care less about customer satisfaction, even though they tout that it's their priority. Complained to service manager with no feedback in making it right. Thus this review. Won't be going back with that lack of care for your car. More
