Unfortunately Chris G. very amiable and knowledgeable service is not backed up with professionalism. My F250 was in 3/9th for routine maintenance and a recall to reprogram the Powertrain control module. Promised return 3/11 but Chris G took the day off so I was struck changing my plans. After several voice messages, Chris released the truck 3/15 with an open work order-the recall work not done and the NAV update not ordered. He promised a call to reschedule for completion. I gave him one full week ..but no call so I began attempting contact: voice message on direct line and a couple time left messages with Service desk. Today..4/4th, no return calls received, no explanation and work order remains incomplete. I will need find another dealership to honor my Service warranty and recall work. Very disappointed in Taylor Ford’s Service. More
Had an accident, got truck back after 2 months. Blower motor wasnt working, after the 4th visit Taylor Ford said I owe them $150 for finally looking at it and the part would now cost me $574. As one would expect, the purchasing process for my vehicle was quite smooth. I have no complaints about Bryan, who was very helpful and even answered an after-hours text from me. Unfortunately, I started having issues with the radio/speakers within TWO DAYS of my purchase, and within a week, the radio completely quite working. After waiting two weeks for my first appointment, then another week for the part to be ordered, then another two weeks to schedule a second appointment, the Taylor Ford dealership has had my car for FOUR full days, and my radio is STILL NOT FIXED! (And for the record...I can't use my phone hand's-free, since I can't hear anything...which is perhaps more slightly more important.) The service rep has been really bad about keeping me updated on the (lack of) progress. I've had my car for less than two months and feel it's safe to say that I will find another dealership to work with in the future. More

Very poor on service. Make an appointment, get there then turned away because nobody to look at the car. Made another appointment for the following week being promised that it would be taken care of, we then turned away because nobody to look at the car. Made another appointment for the following week being promised that it would be taken care of, went in and waited 5.5 hours without any update. Good thing for Ford Pass. Pinged the car and it was still sitting in the lot. After I asked for update, the car was brought in. 15 minutes later, service advisor mentioned part that was bad, disheveled part in stocks and I was hastily lead to the cat, still with an engine light on. Asked when I should come back and it was pretty much, doncall us, we'll call you. I won't have to worry about calling them, they're done. Went to another dealership and received the respect and service that I deserve. It amazing, purchase a car, paid cash and get pushed off to the side. More
