Always A+ service! I called to have an oil change done and service told me that they had a special and that I could also have my tires rotated for the same price which I called to have an oil change done and service told me that they had a special and that I could also have my tires rotated for the same price which was very helpful because I didn’t think of rotating my tires at that time. Also I brought my car in for a recall regarding the gas tank. Service was done very fast and I was in and out of there in less than an hour. Worth the drive for better service! I live five short miles from a Ford dealership and service center easily twice the size of Taylor Ford in Manteno. After experiencing some inconveniences and numerous frustrations from the local guys, I decided it was time to take a trip to Manteno and give Taylor a try. I'm so glad that I did. Not only were they able to quickly diagnose the problem, they did so in a very courteous and professional manner. They treated me like a real person, and even though I own an older vehicle they treated me as if I owned the newest vehicle on the lot. I took the time to visit the showroom while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, and met a manager and one of the sales staff. Both treated me well and offered to help if and when I ever needed anything. I recommend taking the time to drive to Taylor Ford in Manteno. It's worth the drive! More
