Saved the Day! We had an issue with a vehicle that could not be driven far and chose originally to go to a local Lube shop and the red flags began when we were being We had an issue with a vehicle that could not be driven far and chose originally to go to a local Lube shop and the red flags began when we were being quoted for questionable repairs and not clear answers for a quote ranging from $700 to over $1,000. We are not originally from Manteno and we didn't tell the service person at that shop that our son is a certified Ford mechanic in Wisconsin. When we described the issue to our son he immediately called Taylor Ford and spoke to Joel in the Service Department. Our son told us to pull our car out of the shop immediately and take it to Taylor Ford. We paid $40 to the Lube shop for their time and the car rolled down the street to their Service Center. We were originally looking at 3 days without a car and within 24 hours we had our car repaired and the service was 5 stars! Our bill was only $440.00. Our heroes are Joel, Mike and our son Ryan! Once all the parts had arrived, the vehicle was dropped off and we were given a loaner vehicle, which was fantastic since we were out of our car for about 2 weeks. Once the car was done, we got a call to pick it up and came to find the car fully detailed and looking great. Fantastic service and people. Tim Boyce is always my go-to guy for all my needs besides service, and Mike and Josh in service are always great and knowledgeable. More

I received a phone call early Monday morning explaining what they felt was wrong with the car and an estimate of the work that would be needed and the approximate cost. They repaired the car quickly and got it back to us. This is the first mechanical problem we’ve had with our Ford Flex. Many thanks to Joel and Mike in the service dept. I appreciate their years of service to the customers. Also, a big thank you to the mechanics for the great work done. We have always had work done on previous cars at the dealership. Love our FLEX!
