My truck had a bad alternator a day after I bought it and they put a new one in free of charge! Even gave me a loaner for 2 days! And Josh Kelly was the nicest salesguy! Even after the sale he was just as nice! I had returned a truck to Carmax and was waiting for my down payment to come in the mail and they said no problem with waiting. Family Friendly Car Buying I originally went to another Ford dealership in town to buy a Ford Fusion Hybrid from a friend who was a salesperson there. We left after finding out I originally went to another Ford dealership in town to buy a Ford Fusion Hybrid from a friend who was a salesperson there. We left after finding out the sales manager was holding back Ford rebates. I called Brian Davis Sales Manager at Taylor Ford of Manteno. I’ve bought cars from Brian when he was at Taylor Dodge. Brian has always treated me like family and he confirmed what I thought about the Ford Rebates. My wife and I went in and met with Josh Kelly and Brian for less than hour. We bought a Fusion Hybrid they had to get from another dealership. We took delivery 2 days later. Dealing with finance was a breeze with Kevin Emling. He too is honest and also treats you like family. We spent less than 2 hours over the 2 days at the dealership. I would highly recommend anyone buying a Ford to go see Josh at Taylor Ford of Manteno. Worth the drive for better service! I live five short miles from a Ford dealership and service center easily twice the size of Taylor Ford in Manteno. After experiencing some inconvenien I live five short miles from a Ford dealership and service center easily twice the size of Taylor Ford in Manteno. After experiencing some inconveniences and numerous frustrations from the local guys, I decided it was time to take a trip to Manteno and give Taylor a try. I'm so glad that I did. Not only were they able to quickly diagnose the problem, they did so in a very courteous and professional manner. They treated me like a real person, and even though I own an older vehicle they treated me as if I owned the newest vehicle on the lot. I took the time to visit the showroom while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, and met a manager and one of the sales staff. Both treated me well and offered to help if and when I ever needed anything. I recommend taking the time to drive to Taylor Ford in Manteno. It's worth the drive! More
