Mike Hayes, my car salesman, was extremely professional and honest. He answered every question perfectly. I set a price and he worked with me to get as close as possible to my limit. Once I decided on the Fiesta, he went over every feature of the car and explained how to use it. The whole atmosphere of Taylor Ford was very friendly and not at all pushy. You are not hounded as soon as you walk in the door. I was greeted with a smile every time I walked in and was asked what I needed help with. There were no surprise hidden fees associated with anything. Everything was laid out in the open in front of me. The dealer was even going to have the exact model of my car shipped to me from Ohio. Just because it's not on the lot doesn't mean it is out of reach for Taylor Ford. I walked in and out of the dealer the same day with my brand new car. Taylor Ford will make it happen for you! More

Went in to purchase a vehicle but they didn't have one on the lot so found one at another dealer. We signed all the paperwork and were told we should be able to pick it up the next day. Found out after sever the lot so found one at another dealer. We signed all the paperwork and were told we should be able to pick it up the next day. Found out after several calls to them that the truck was sold by the other dealer. Then we were asked to settle for something that we didn't want. After that, little to no help was given to find the vehicle we wanted. Did our own search and found the vehicle that we wanted (minus one option that the dealer would add with no problem that Taylor Ford found too difficult to do) at another dealer not too far and went to that dealer and got it all taken care of with little to no effort. We will never go to Taylor Ford again. More

After several bad experiences in less than a week my married daughter and I came to Taylor Ford in Taylor MI. It was worth the extra drive for the treatment we received. Brent O'hara was excellent. No credit worries, just take good care of my daughter and her husband. Do it right. I just wish we had gone there first. He showed us the right car, because he listen to what my daughter knew she wanted and worked with there budget and was very polite as my daughter called her husband as worked out deal. They talked about car, price and great treatment. Yes women can be the bottom line in a big purchase. Can't beat going to Andy Louttit for a new car or truck. He always finds a way to beat any price whether or not its for me or one of my friends I refer that direction. I submitted my internet quote request for a Ford Fusion on a Friday night. Was contacted via email that same night, and then contacted again the next day via phone by the Internet Sales Manager, a salesper on a Friday night. Was contacted via email that same night, and then contacted again the next day via phone by the Internet Sales Manager, a salesperson (John Mann), AND someone from their Finance Dept. Three days later I test drove a Fusion. I was so pleased with the car that I asked my salesman, John Mann, to locate a Fusion with a 6-speed manual transmission. John searched diligently to find one, and then went the EXTRA distance to locate one in Tuxedo Black. The VERY next day I was driving off their lot with my brand new 2011 Fusion in Tuxedo Black. My experience at Taylor Ford exceeded my every expectation! More
