All the people were very nice and welcoming. The experiences I have had in the past with Ford almost kept me from going to this one. I have to admit I was very impressed. My 2010 E-150 conversion van I purchase from Taylor Ford was riding rough, over and over they told me there was nothing they could do, they told me the vehicle was beefed up to a E-250 suspension (E-250 lea was riding rough, over and over they told me there was nothing they could do, they told me the vehicle was beefed up to a E-250 suspension (E-250 leaf springs added) by explorer van co. after three visits I went back to the service department and told them the left front wheel was riding bumpy, the tire threads was busted and they ordered a new tire, after more visits I went back and told them the van was still riding rough, again they told me there was nothing they could do, one of the service guys told me to take the vehicle to downriver spring service on dix road, the front & rear shocks had to be replaced two of the shocks was leaking. the service department should have checked my shocks and suspension due to the fact that my van was under warranty I had to pay $450.00 to replace my shocks, I was also told by the customer service manager not to bring my vehicle back to Taylor Ford to be serviced. (because of my ethnic group?) I HOPE NOT More
The sales process at this dealership is exceptionally great. The sales person, Andrew Loutitt is extremely customer oriented and does his best to satisfy the customer's desire to get a great product at great. On top of that, Andrew knows the insides out of the vehicle he is selling and goes out of his way to make sure the customer doesn't have any unanswered questions on the operation of the car. John was very responsive when I contacted him by phone and email. He was very polite, friendly and courteous. He never tried to push me into getting a vehicle. I would not recommend Taylor Ford service department. My father recently went in to have his truck looked at. He purchased it from taylor ford and it was still under warranty. He had some problems with the father recently went in to have his truck looked at. He purchased it from taylor ford and it was still under warranty. He had some problems with the power steering in which they fixed. He also could not open the back door of his pick up truck. The handle was broken. They told him it was not under warranty and would cost $240 to fix. He decided to not get it fixed and then was charged $100 because they looked at it and told him it was broken. Are you kidding me?!? He knew it was broken that is why he brought it to be fixed. I don't know what kind of genius mechanic it took to figure out it was broken and why it would cost $100 to be looked at. Absolutely ridiculous you would charge a loyal customer that kind of money to tell them something was broken that they already knew was broken. More

The staff at Taylor Ford always goes above and beyond what I've seen at other dealerships. When I shop there I feel as though they really value my business and want me to be happy as a customer, which ca what I've seen at other dealerships. When I shop there I feel as though they really value my business and want me to be happy as a customer, which causes me to enjoy recommending the dealer to those in my social circles. They have an outstanding business happening everyday behind those big glass doors, and I know this is not an isolated experience, because I see the satisfaction on the faces of those customers around me when I'm there.
