My experience with Taylor Ford was excellent. I stopped in to get a part for my older car, and ended up leaving with a new one! Everyone from the parts department to the body shop did their best to assist in to get a part for my older car, and ended up leaving with a new one! Everyone from the parts department to the body shop did their best to assist me. The body shop even had a person stay late to fix my back hatch, rather than having me come back the next day. I used the time to scope out the new vehicles. . . John was the salesperson I was working with. He patiently listened while I talked about what I wanted, and what I could spend. He gave me ballpark figures on monthly payments based on the vehicles I was looking at. He pulled out the brouchures so we could review cargo space and towing capabilities. He walked through the features of the two vehicles I was looking at. Once I finally made the decision on the Escape, he moved me through the process quickly. This was honestly the best car shopping/buying experience I have had, and I'm very please with Taylor Ford overall. I will definitely be back! More
