Dissapointment that lingers I went to this dealer off of a referral, and wish I had never gone here. To start, I was ready to purchase a brand new mustang. When I went to order t I went to this dealer off of a referral, and wish I had never gone here. To start, I was ready to purchase a brand new mustang. When I went to order the vehicle, I just so happened to drive there in a mustang with my family. As we were ordering the mustang, we looked outside and seen two salesman leaning on our one year old (we bought it brand new as well) mustang. So not only do some employees here probably treat every car like their personal leaning stool, but they do as well to customer vehicles that don't belong to them. Well to top this off, when I ordered my mustang, all I asked was that when the vehicle went into production that I get a VIN number to call my insurance company with. Instead I was notified the day it arrived at the dealership (min 2 weeks later) that my car was ready. I had to still ask for the VIN number to be sent. On top of that, the level of personal service and accommodation was rather lacking. I don't know if there is such a good thing as a good car dealership, but I needed to post my experience here seeing the near 5 star experience they think they have. Good Luck. More
Not Your Typical Dealer Experience I've purchased two vehicles from Taylor Ford: a 2009 Escape and just recently a 2015 Fiesta. Both experiences were fantastic, and atypical of most dea I've purchased two vehicles from Taylor Ford: a 2009 Escape and just recently a 2015 Fiesta. Both experiences were fantastic, and atypical of most dealer interactions I've had in my life. This review is for the Fiesta. Honestly, I expected a fairly low level of service when I went in to buy one of the cheapest cars on the lot. My Escape is still running excellent years later but I needed a second vehicle. I received excellent personal service both times; it didn't seem to matter whether I was spending a lot of money or a little (or as "little" as there is for a new car). I work an odd shift, and my time was limited, but Taylor Ford and Phil worked around it and got me into my Fiesta far faster than I expected. This is a great dealership that seems to pride itself on customer service which is a rare thing these days. Buy with confidence. More
Great Experience thanks to Sales Rep Dan Moldovan When I called Taylor Ford and asked for an EXPERIENCED sales person they transferred me to Dan Moldovan and I was able to meet with him within the hou When I called Taylor Ford and asked for an EXPERIENCED sales person they transferred me to Dan Moldovan and I was able to meet with him within the hour to discuss the purchase of a new Ford Escape. Dan's years of selling experience helped us to make sure I got exactly the car I wanted which was red and has the all wheel drive. I told Dan these were a must for me. Although Taylor Ford did not have all the features I was looking for on their lot, Dan was able to secure my vehicle from another dealership and by the time I was finished working with my insurance company the next day the car was on the Taylor Ford lot, prepped and ready for me to drive away. Impressive! Dan also made sure he walked me through each feature on the vehicle to ensure I could use any of them before I drove off the lot. What also impressed me about Dan and the Taylor Ford team is how they all made me feel as though I was their only customer. Super friendly and very personable. Dan has already followed up with me to get my feedback on the vehicle, which tells me once again how much my satisfaction is number one with the Taylor Ford team. Thanks. Judy More

Great Customer Service Even Though We Did Not Purchase I want to take a moment to commend Taylor Ford and especially their sales associate Mark. My wife and I were looking for used Ford Escape. Mark was very helpful to my wife when she first went there and then to the two of us when we returned. He followed up several times in a professional manner and there was never a hint of "used car sales pressure". We drove a really nice low mileage used 2010 Escape but they could not get to where we wanted to be for price as we had another deal that we felt was better. But in all honesty the deal they gave was excellent and had it not been for the other we would have accepted their terms. We would drive the two hours again to deal with Taylor Ford if we needed another vehicle. I did not get a chance to deal with their service department so cannot comment one way or another there. Mark and the sales manager (and their show room) were all first class for our experience. More

Easy to work with, Got me everything I neded I was referred to Frank Succurro by my grandparents. I went in and Jim Barker got me the keys so I could test drive and talked some initial numbers w I was referred to Frank Succurro by my grandparents. I went in and Jim Barker got me the keys so I could test drive and talked some initial numbers with me and he was very professional and easy to talk to. I went in the next day to meet with Frank and he met me at the door and worked diligently to make sure I was able to get all the paperwork done and have the car before I had to go to work. He showed me around the car and made sure I got what I wanted for my trade-in. It was way better than my first experiencing buying a car at another dealership. More

I purchased my car from this dealership and was very happy until my car needed work due to 3 different shops not being able to figure out the problems. It took 3 weeks to get an appointment. From there the entire ordeal went down hill. Most shops I have ever dealt with calls and keeps the customer updated with anything that is going on. This place contacted me every 2 weeks. My car was there for almost a month. They worked me over and basically I paid the price.. Sadly my pocket is feeling a huge hit. The customer service was terrible at the dealership level and let's not talk about the customer service at the head office.The lack of communication and customer service has sealed my choice on never buying a Ford car again. I will be selling my car seeing as though Ford can't make a transmission to save them selves and aren't recalling the cars. I have friends and family with similar transmission issues on their car and still no recall but extended their warranties and refuse to even notice the issue. More
