He explained to me that I would not be receiving any surprise charges in the mail for my previous lease, if I turned it in that day and leased a new vehicle. I took his word for it (my mistake for thinking I could trust this dealership). I later received a bill in the mail for damages for almost two thousand dollars. I thought that the bill might be an accident or that they'd be waived, based on what I was told when purchasing my new vehicle. This was not the case at all. I contacted my sales rep Bryan Patton about the matter and I was told that there was absolutely nothing he could do and that I'd be responsible for the fee. He continued to lie to me and say those words were never said about me not being charged for damages later. Considering I knew about the damages to my car, I obviously asked him his professional opinion and showed him every single ding/dent. He specifically told me not to worry about it and that they'd take it as is. I am familiar with leasing vehicles and I'm aware that they charge you for every possible thing, once the car is inspected. Therefore, I even asked Mr. Patton if I should file an insurance claim and pay a low deductible. He was persistent with the answer, "NO, YOU WILL BE FINE IF YOU TURN IN THE VEHICLE TODAY." I finally agreed with him and said okay, picked out another vehicle, signed for it, and turned my lease over to them. After receiving the bill in the mail and not being able to reason with the man who promised me I wouldn't be responsible for any surprise fees, I took the issue to management. I spoke with Brian Chinavare who treated me in a horrible, sarcastic way. The first conversation we had, resulted in him saying he'd speak with the salesman and the person I signed over my other vehicle with. He called me back and treated me terrible. Without literally calling me a liar, he told me that he personally knows Bryan Patton and did not believe me. He also made a rude comment about pulling up his security cameras to prove me wrong. We continued the conversation with him chewing his food in my ear and laughed and cut me off every time I tried to talk. The conversation ended with him hanging up on me. I am now responsible for roughly two thousand dollars worth of damage fees that I was promised would be waived. Since there was no written proof of Bryan Patton’s words, they will be getting away with this. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. My experience was god awful and hope that no one else has to go through this. I will never lease through Ford again. More

I have recently attempted to have oil changed based on lease agreement. Both times I was in on a Thursday evening at 5:00 pm - and, both times I was told at least a 2 1/2 hour wait. I was not greeted when I walked into he service group. When the quick lane was on the East side of Telegraph had no such issues. Service techs were polite and responsive. Called the customer service manager and was given nothing but excuses. Taylor Ford is trying to hire new people - but, not just anyone. Taylor Ford is attempting to update their Quick Lane and no longer has "quick service". Would I like a phone call to advise me when the "quick lane" was not busy so that I could drive in... No thank you. The new facility - while much larger and up to date is dangerous to pull into to - and, has a number of new model cards in the lane in the front of build so that you cannot drive through to service and collision. Must use other entrances - but, they are not marked. I thank you Taylor Ford - but, my business is going elsewhere. More
Multiple hidden fees on lease vehicles I have had friends, coworkers & family members warn me to not go to this dealership but despite the warning I did go and in reviewing the line by line I have had friends, coworkers & family members warn me to not go to this dealership but despite the warning I did go and in reviewing the line by line receipt I can see why. My father was charged an under-body rust protection fee that he never asked for a couple years prior on a lease vehicle and when we questioned it it was taken off. My vehicle I just leased I have a 1,359.00 fee that I thought was an extended warranty turned out to be the 3 months that was supposed to be an early pull ahead lease. Because my miles were up I didn't get it. It was never told to me I wasn't getting it. If it was I would have held on. Lets not forget to mention, I didn't even get a coupon for 1st free oil change like all other dealers give. More

During this time, I had clutch readjusted, shortly after that, had to take car in to have clutches replaced. 2 month wait for parts to come in and told my car was safe to drive while waiting. NOT!!! Car launches forward and hesitates, jerks and rocks! Anyway, parts came in clutches replaced. Here we are again months later, same problem. Clutches need to be replaced, and 2 month wait on parts. Told again car is "OK" to drive, even though I have in writing that the vibration level is above what it should be! I would also like to mention that several months back I took car in for oil change, then after picking vehicle up, I smelled burning oil. Basically told when I called to make a complaint, that it could not of been from oil change..Was Impossible! Laughed at! Took car back up there, and yup...whoever changed my oil did not put cap back on. NICE!!! I am extremely disappointed. I understand that parts come from ford and are on back order. But dealerships should stand behind their products that they sale and lease. I was also told the other day to come into Taylor Ford, that they realize my car is giving so many problems and would like to get me out of this lease. Spoke to 4 different people, including 2 sales managers. Got there and all they wanted to do was lease me a new car and wrap my 15 months of payments left from the ford focus! Sorry not paying almost 350.00 for a fusion. I can do that at any dealer and at any time! They didn't want to help me, just wanted more business. I have owned/leased at least 7 vehicles from Fords. This is by far the worst service I have ever gotten. Who has time to deal with all these issues. I guess its ok for them to have customers drive around a car that they are completely unsafe in. Car drives like junk, even they admitted it, but I get to be unsafe with my child (who has special needs) and has weekly appointments in Detroit and still make my monthly payments! I thought I had leased a new car that would be dependable. Sorry to say, that's not the case. More
Quick painless and accommodating! I'll start off by saying more and more car shoppers look forward online before heading to a particular dealer. Car buying is miserable normally. But I I'll start off by saying more and more car shoppers look forward online before heading to a particular dealer. Car buying is miserable normally. But I have a no nonsense attitude about it. Taylor ford really did a great job and I'm really impressed. It's been years since I've had an experience in a domestic non luxury dealership, and I'm really impressed. While looking for a very specific vehicle online I found many matches at dealers all over the metro area, but when I called to see if they had it every single time it was a no, until I called Taylor ford. The phone system seemed kind of silly when I called as I selected used cars then had to ask again when the girl answered. But I reached mark Taylor, I quickly explained I am looking at a car it says that he has and want to know if it's actually available. He checked and said yes. I asked if it was a good idea to fill out a credit application he said yes. I said I'll do that now and be there in 30minutes. I'm sure salespeople hear that all the time people coming then bail... I headed over to the dealer and upon pulling in the vehicle I inquired about was backed in the first parking spot next to the door and had a dealer plate on it ready to go. I really was expecting the usual sit down talk about this and that have to wait to get it ready etc. I was stunned! I was greeted immediatly by mark (probably best desk in the place sitting next to the door) he immediatly introduced himself, asked me for my id made a copy and we talked for a minute about why I need a certain vehicle and my finance limitations. He then handed me the keys and said go take it for a ride or whatever it's got a plate and gas for you. I said I'd be gone for about an hour to show to my wife at home and he said fine see you later. He never insisted he take me out first or take a certain route or anything. This really made me feel good. He wasn't wasting my time and I wasn't interested in wasting his. When I returned I was again immediatly greeted by mark, and asked how I liked it and if the wife approved, she actually did. I told him about my financial issues and that I had no interest in putting any money down and wanted to complete the deal ASAP. He told me to take a seat or walk around for a bit and he'd see what he could do. I got a cup of water (some complimentary snacks and maybe soda not in a vending machine would be nice) and took a walk outside to see what else they had on the lot, while doing so I really felt good about the vehicle I had chosen. Not more than 5minutes had passed and mark found me outside showed me some preliminary numbers, we agreed that those would be acceptable. He asked to give him a few more minutes, so I headed inside and took a seat. A few minutes later he asked me to sit down with finance "wizard" Cindy. I've bought many cars and dread this part the most. I made it clear to Cindy maybe too soon that I'm a no nonsense guy and she got it. We had a great time talking about many things. She managed to get me approved by a big bank with a good interest rate, with a warranty and no money down for less than the preliminary figuring showed. I really couldn't believe it! Since I was using a consigner she needed to be present I explained it was getting late and I'd need to bring her the next day. I didn't get the usual well it's only 4 can't we finish this today spiel. Again I was stunned. We agreed on a 3pm delivery on Thursday. I left happy and excited, something I hadn't experienced at a car dealer since the first test drive I had in a new car 13 years ago. Thursday came we had to bump our delivery back a little as we were running a little late. When we arrived again we were quickly greeted by mark and he went and let Cindy know we were there. She was finishing another delivery so we had to wait a few minutes but nothing crazy. He took us to Cindy and she greeted my cosigner and myself and we had lots of laughing and talking. My cosigner really felt included and really liked Cindy a lot. She couldn't stop talking about her on the way home! Cindy was very accommodating with her explainations, jokes, and helping point out exactly where to sign and initial! We walked out with our new car in less than an hour. And my total investment of time at the actual dealership was maybe 2 hours. Not the dreaded half a day or more crap. I'm so glad that the team at Taylor ford was so accommodating, friendly, and didn't waste my time. It's nice to go in and get real answers. And walk away with a real vehicle, a vehicle you can feel good driving and know that you didn't just get taken. Upon delivery I noticed an issue that I hadn't expected I brought it to marks attention and it was corrected immediatly and professionally as well. You've earned a customer for life! More

Very down-to-earth and friendly. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family! More
