Finest service We were interested in a certified pre-owned or leased SUV with low mileage. After seeing what was available, we were able test drive a Ford Explore We were interested in a certified pre-owned or leased SUV with low mileage. After seeing what was available, we were able test drive a Ford Explorer and a Chevrolet Traverse. The salesman (Nick Isom) went over all of the features of each vehicle, he answered all of our questions, he never really showed any anxiety with our many questions. a couple of days later, we decided to purchase the Explorer. I had a medical appointment in the a.m. and my wife had one in the p.m. Nick took care of practically all aspects of the purchase, registration, insurance, etc. using the information that I gave him on the phone. At the end of the day, he called and said the vehicle could be picked up.. All I had to bring with me was the check for purchase and license plates (transferred from another vehicle). We met the manager of the dealership, received vital information from the financial manager, and we could not have had a more rewarding experience. Five stars for Nick Isom, Mr. Rossi, the finance manager, and all of the other employees who were very hospitable. We were pleased with the experience and look forward to good service from Taylor Ford. will even get a $20.00 credit toward first oil change, compliments of Taylor Ford. More
