Nick is awesome! First off I was very uneasy about buying a used car after I had an issue with my previous car purchase. This dealership is very welcoming and nick is very understanding. Nick goes above and beyond his job title... he makes sure his customers leave happy. Nick told my boyfriend and I several times that his ultimate goal was to not only get us in a vehicle we loved and could afford, but also gain us as customers. He did all the above... we are thus far happy with our vehicle and the service we received. Mike was also a great person to take with... took time to have several conversations with my boyfriend and I. Cherry on top the sundae was Cindy who is FANTASTIC as well... she took the time to explain in detail our warranty and our payments. We are so happy with our service and now consider these people our friends! Thanks again nick, Cindy, and mike! More

Andrew Louttit is so professional, personable, and thorough. This is my first lease after 15 years so was anxious. Andrew was so patient and caring. I felt comfortable and confident that I had a great deal and the perfect Ford car. WOW! All the new features and the Fusion is so quiet. It is taking some time to get used to the dial gear shift and the push button start, but it is such a joy getting into a new car! Thank you Taylor Ford for all your care.+ More

After a not so pleasant experience a friend of mine referred me to Mike Hayes at Taylor Ford and he is wonderful. He is very personable, honest and helpful. He made the experience easy and I am very happy with my new car. The Taylor Ford dealership is wonderful. The facility itself is pristine and the employees are all crazy helpful. You cant' walk a few feet without someone offering to help you find what or who you need. Seriously, you should go here if you are in the market for a car. More

Above and beyond This is the second vehicle I acquired from Taylor Ford in recent months. The experience work with Dan was professional and courteous. No, it was more This is the second vehicle I acquired from Taylor Ford in recent months. The experience work with Dan was professional and courteous. No, it was more than that, it was as any dealership should strive to obtain. I came in with my wife, looking for a vehicle for her. She really did not know what vehicle she wanted. Dan was patient with us. She though her choices where only on this lot. We looked at seven models and eventually she picked the Edge. Unfortunately there was nothing on this dealership lot that she (exactly) wanted. That's when Dan went to work. He immediately found a couple units in other dealerships in the area. We finally chose an Edge in a different Ford dealership. Dan arranged,to have it brought to this dealership the next day. She loved it. Dan and his team walked me through a complicated process of the lease and it s now in my driveway. Thanks to Dan Stephens and the whole team at Taylor Ford.. I will go to Dan for my next vehicle, and I highly recommend him and this dealership. More
