Above and Beyond We don't have the best credit or credit history but Chris Baxter and Cindy from Finance worked their butts off to find us a nice, reliable car. When we came in for a lease we were denied but Chris sat for almost an hour trying to find another way. Even after we left and on his day off he stayed in contact with me to find me the car we wanted, for the price we could afford After we found a finance we wanted, we were introduced to Cindy Roy, who helped review our credit and walk through what we needed to build our credit. She was so nice and so relateable. The day after we settled on the price and monthly payment she called to let us know she found a BETTER payment option and took our monthly payment down $70. Taylor Ford didn't make us feel inadequate or like outsiders like a lot of dealerships we have walked into and that means a lot. This is the only place we'll ever buy our cars because we know they work hard for the customer and they care. More
