I also have to say a “big than you” to Cindy in finance. We didn’t receive enough from our insurance company to replace our stolen truck so I needed to finance a portion of our new vehicle. She was so knowledgeable about finance and warranty options and helped us pick out a loan and warranty that was just right for me. She spent a lot of time with me to do this and I appreciate that she didn’t hurry the process and made sure I understood what I was getting. She also has an awesome sense of humor which made what started as a very stressful experience to a very enjoyable one. I also appreciate that Taylor Ford now deals with my credit union so that I was able to do the whole loan process at the dealer without going to the credit union. Thanks again to Frank and Cindy. You are both awesome!! More

Horrible craftsmanship/Lack of feedback Went in for a passenger airbag recall. Promised by Ford mailings that I would be getting a loaner car for FREE. Nope! Who's lying? FMC or the dealersh Went in for a passenger airbag recall. Promised by Ford mailings that I would be getting a loaner car for FREE. Nope! Who's lying? FMC or the dealership? Promised the job would take half a day or less. Nope! The job looks like it was done in half an hour at the end of the day. Car was received with the front bezel completely out of it's clip (not flush), dirty with grease marks, and with a rubber part sitting on the floor under the glove box. I couldn't believe they would return a car back to it's owner in this condition. For someone, who takes pride in his car, do not service your car at the dealership. They could care less about customer satisfaction, even though they tout that it's their priority. Complained to service manager with no feedback in making it right. Thus this review. Won't be going back with that lack of care for your car. More

Before I went to Taylor (recommended to me by a family member) I inquir Jamie Miller was my sales person. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Before I went to Taylor (recommended to me by a family member) I inquired about a car I saw on the internet. She called me immediately to follow up. I met her that same day and the car was waiting for me. She did everything possible to put that car in my driveway for a price/payment I could afford. I cannot say enough about the dealership. Very nice, everyone so friendly and they have awesome popcorn :-) I highly recommend that you let them work with you when you need to buy a car. This was sudden for me as my car just finally did not want to go anymore and I was left with no car. I never felt any high pressure or any thing like that at Taylor Ford. Check it out for yourself. Delightful Experience I had been searching online for a preowned Ford Escape with certain features, finally found what I was looking for at Taylor Ford.
