I recently had my car in for repairs necessitated by a manufacturer recall. They had my car for 2 weeks when I called to find out when I could expect my car they told me there was a problem, apparently w manufacturer recall. They had my car for 2 weeks when I called to find out when I could expect my car they told me there was a problem, apparently when the service tech was doing the repairs a bolt was broken off the and the turbo charger had to be replaced and they had to order the part which wasn’t expected to arrive until 12-6-25. I was surprised when on 11-4-25 the service department called and said my car repairs were complete. All was good until the next day when I drove to the store my car would not start. After several attempts it started up. I thought to myself “that was weird” it happened a few more times, always starting after a few attempts. Most recently I drove to the store and it stopped and would not restart. I went to the service department hoping to get someone to look at it because the my ford pass suggested 3 easy solutions to what was causing the problems. To my surprise I was told that they couldn’t fit me in until 12-6-25. So my complaint is I should not have to 3 weeks to have it checked out when it is clearly a result of the recent repair work. This is not the way to treat a loyal customer. I am very disappointed!! More
