I have bought 6 vehicles from Taylor since 2014, even more if you want to include the vehicles my husband has purchased. I never even questioned to go to a different place. This last vehicle purchase has more if you want to include the vehicles my husband has purchased. I never even questioned to go to a different place. This last vehicle purchase has completely changed that. I will NEVER come to Taylor again. I bought a vehicle in July and I’ve had to bring it to service now 3 times, FOR THE SAME ISSUE. The one issue being pushed off like it’s a normal issue to have your brakes making a hissing noise and I was told “it makes that noise because they are new brakes and once worn it will go away”. I’m 5100k miles into my vehicle and it just keeps getting louder. That’s. Not. Normal. On top of that, my radio decides when it wants to work when it feels like. That’s still not fixed. Called service today, spoke with Justin and told him how upset and angry I am about this situation and wanted to get my car looked at ASAP and get these issues FIXED and not pushed off and how I won’t accept the vehicle back until it’s truly looked at and RESOLVED, again telling him I’m not mad at him but the situation. He didn’t take my name or number and didn’t even schedule me a time but HUNG UP ON ME. Like Ive said, I’ve purchased 6 vehicles. NEVER have had to bring any of my vehicles in for any problems, EVER. So the fact this vehicle is having so many issues isn’t right and the fact they don’t want to fix it or make it right or even willing to try is disgusting. It’s a huge inconvenience to have to keep going in and nothing being done nor then to care to address the issues. Don’t go here. Go somewhere else! More

Sharon in the service department took care of me with my 2020 Ram 1500. The track bar had to be replaced. It was bent and causing the axle to move around. She did good and kept the process painless.
