Challenging at times I purchase oil change packages from them then have to keep singed paper trails and prove to them when I go in for service how many I have left (multip I purchase oil change packages from them then have to keep singed paper trails and prove to them when I go in for service how many I have left (multiple times) on wen December 27th went in to express oil service that is first come fist serve some waits will be longer than others (expected) person checking in at the same time as I mentioned his mother was coming in behind him they told him the wait would be 39-45min to complete the service my service writer said after a call internal that said they had record he told me he would check on it and let me know I proceeded to service waiting area 15/20 min later he came to tell me my wait would be 1hr to 1hr and 45 minutes to witch I said ok approximately 1/2 hr later he came in to tell another customer her car was done and she did not need to put in the type of oil she requested upon entering the service department she informed him that she requested and wanted the type of oil he informed her he would have to redo the oil change and that he was going to lunch 1hr and 45 min later I entered the service area and discovered that my vehicle was not in the building asked if done (my service writer still at lunch and service technician placed paperwork on his desk and went back to work) a service writer Jerome immediately traced down the paperwork and completed the processes. The sad part is I have had great people who work there take good care of me in sales Chad and other they are very considerate have bought 2 vehicles there and would recommend them but repeated struggles along with average 1 hr + oil changes have come to this review they do follow up on most service for feedback but I lost the e-mail on this one and this just needed a response! More

Joe Clark was right there to help us with the process of trading our 2013 ram in for a new truck. This is the third time we have purchased a new vehicle from Taylor and we will be back again for our fourth! Joe and his team were very knowledgable of their products and worked hard to get us the best deal for both our trade and new truck.We LOVE our truck, and Taylor! Thank You for making our visit a enjoyable and fast transition. PS They have the best popcorn!!!!!!! More

The service department on the other hand, needs a bit of work. I had a car that was inoperable and had to pull teeth and get the managers Craig, and service manager Sharon involved to get me taken care of. I wasn't looking to purchase a new car, however Sergio Garcia II did an excellent job for me. I'm now enjoying a brand new 2016 Dodge Charger.
