Better service So I left a 3 star review last time, due to the mess left in my car and not following what I requested to be done. Even after the manager responded ab So I left a 3 star review last time, due to the mess left in my car and not following what I requested to be done. Even after the manager responded about reimbursing me for the issue, I decided to let it slide. I now decided to give their service department another try. Went in for a oil change and warranty check. From the time I called to make the appointment until I picked my car up customer service was great. They were willing to drop me off and pick me up while my car was getting worked all while there was a snow storm. I am grateful for that as I had a lot of errands to run and couldn't just wait in the dealer for my car to finish. The only thing that bother me was that only the oil change was done. For my warranty check I requested I was told to come in on Saturday over the phone. Once I came for my appointment, I was told the radio guy that could check my warranty only works in the weekday and it couldn't be work on Saturday. So sort of disappointed on that part since I was told one thing and then once there i was told something different. But other than that overall experience was way better! Person the took care of me during my appointment was super friendly! More

I gave Noah some parameters to wok within and he nailed all of them. While I wasn't necessarily planning to leave with a new vehicle that day, Noah made it pretty difficult to walk away. Was an easy process which is why I will keep going back to Taylor. Additionally, I was called a couple days later with a way to add on gap insurance, which was badly needed but a little more than I wanted to spend. In the end, it was worked out. More

Service department dented up our van I bought a brand new Dodge Caravan in 2014 from Taylor Chrysler Dodge. A few months ago it started acting weird. We brought it in to their service dep I bought a brand new Dodge Caravan in 2014 from Taylor Chrysler Dodge. A few months ago it started acting weird. We brought it in to their service department twice before they figured out what was wrong. They called and told my wife that the spark plugs needed to be replaced which only had 40,000 miles on them and are rated at 100,000 miles. Only 1 spark plug needed to be replaced which was a casualty to the original problem. While our van was in their shop they ran into another car and dented up the rear right door. Since we were previously unhappy with their service, we asked to have someone else fix the door at their cost. Our quote to fix it was $2900 and they only want to pay $1700 of it. It’s been almost impossible to reach them by phone to discuss this. Our van still seems to be acting weird as well. We are very dissatisfied with our experience and all issues are currently unresolved. More

Do not go if they are busy I had my car dropped off due to a puncture tire. I clearly told the lady over the phone and even wrote it on the drop off envelope to not do any work I had my car dropped off due to a puncture tire. I clearly told the lady over the phone and even wrote it on the drop off envelope to not do any work to my car if I'm going to be charged and to call me before hand. Later that day I get a call that my car was done and the total was $27. Yeah it was not a lot, but it just the fact that they do not know how to follow directions. I understand that they are busy, but something that simple is not hard to follow, especially since I had in mind of buying a whole new tire instead of covering the hole. But since directions can not be followed I rather buy a tire somewhere else. Also when I got into my car my passenger seat was cover in orange dust. Which also shows that they really do not care about taking good car of a person's car. The only good out of this was that staff was friendly, but that does make up for the way things were handled. Ryan was amazing!!!!! went to drop my girlfriend Jeep off at the dealer and seen this truck. when we went back today to pick the jeep up decided to look at this truck.
