Shawn Cote my service advisor was personable, respectful, polite and impressively knowledgeable. The check engine light was on. He brought out an instrument and diagnosed the problem on the spot! The shop was very busy that day. Shawn gave me an estimate of how long it would take to get to, and do the repair.
