Service Department was wonderful. However, the sales department could be better. As soon as you drive off the lot you are on your own. We have bought two vehicles here and both times there was somethin department could be better. As soon as you drive off the lot you are on your own. We have bought two vehicles here and both times there was something that came up after we drove off and they will not help you out. You have to pay on your own and they did not even call me back this time! The first time was out Chrysler only had one key! As soon as they handed us the key to leave, we asked and since the paper work was already done, we had to pay for a second key ourselves at $200- not happy,. Then we bought a Jeep Wrangler- as soon as I drove it home I noticed the speedometer was off by about 10 MPH. I called the service Department and they said to call sales to see if they could do anything for me, as someone put bigger tires on it and it need programed. I spoke to Adam and he was not helpful, then said he would call me back, which of course he did not. Seems as soon as you sign the contract you are on your own! More

After bad service in the past we decided to try Taylor Chrysler for an oil change. They had a sign displayed for a decent price under 20 for the air filter. My husband gave them the okay for that. When it came time to pay the air filter went up to $40 they told my husband the filter we needed cost moe. No one came to inform him of the price increase before they changed it he only found out when he was paying the bill. Next there were 2 identical postings on our bank account. They charged us twice for the same service. When I called to inquire the service manager told me he would look into the matter and get back to me. I waited until close to closing and no returned call. I called back and asked for the service manager who was now gone for the day. The person on the phone said he did find out the issue and would call me at another time but he did put a refund through. This refund now takes 7-10 days but he took our money without our consent a second time. We'll take our business back to the dealership that actually offers good customer service and calls their clients back when they say they will.
