I did this transaction over the phone from another state because I was moving to Chicago and needed a vehicle when I got there. Tim was awesome and found the vehicle that I needed while three other dealers because I was moving to Chicago and needed a vehicle when I got there. Rueben took me on a long country drive so that I could adequately test the Jeep. Finally Bryan closed the deal in Finance and was easy (no pressure) to deal with. To top it off the dealership will store the vehicle and deliver to me when I move to Chicago in a few weeks. This dealer went above and beyond to make this an enjoyable and workable deal. If you cant be happy dealing here you wont be happy anywhere. More

We have been looking for the past 2 months for a new Jeep Liberty or something comparable. After visiting numerous dealers and not finding what we wanted (or being told they were'nt available) I went to the Liberty or something comparable. After visiting numerous dealers and not finding what we wanted (or being told they were'nt available) I went to the Jeep website and built one. My wife was amazed I found one with most of the options she wanted. After contacting Taylor's via the internet, i was pleasantly surprised by the timely manner in which a response and quote were received. After receiving a call from Tim and reviewing information I was ready to make an appointment which was convieniently arranged. There was no pressure to buy, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and truely made us feel welcome, and that he had our best interest in mind. When we agreed to purchase the new Jeep Liberty and met with Scott for the financing, there again was no pressure and he let us decide the way we wished to proceed.
