Ray's assistant, Kaitlyn, experiences with Taylor. We have worked several times with Ray Marko, and it has always met or exceeded our expectations. Ray's assistant, Kaitlyn, was invaluable during the process of our last purchase as well. Between Ray, Kaitlyn and Jim Crosswell, we felt that they were a team trying to do everything they could to earn/keep our business. We have received this type of commitment each time we have made a purchase at Taylor. Additionally, we have always been very well taken care of in the service department. Ryan and crew do a great job in the shop. Last, we appreciate the environment of Taylor. The facility is attractive and well taken care of. We first met Steve, I believe, in 2007, when we were shopping for a new van. I don't particularly enjoy hasseling with dealers, shopping for a car, but Steve was really quite enjoyable to talk with and shopping for a new van.
