2016 Silverado lease I was met at the door by Andrea. I was asked how I could be helped. I was test driving a Silverado shortly after. Andrea's manager took the time to introduce himself. Andrea and I stuck a lease deal shortly after. Since the truck that I drove had just arrived on a car hauler Andrea need time to have the vehicle prepped. I also need time to get my lease payment and plates, We agreed to 5pm that afternoon. Andrea must have pulled some strings as everything was ready at 5pm when I arrived. I signed the lease agreements, Andrea walked me through the features of the Silverado, answered my questions and hade me on the road within the hour. Great service...I can remember a lease at another dealership that took 3 hours after I returned to sign. How uncomfortable...now that I think about, I had to look for a sales person to talk with at that dealership. Andrea and her manager both took the time to make sure I was comfortable and that all my questions were answered. Great job. More

Taking care of my Truck Jennifer in service is the best... She worked with me to get what needed to be done to my truck and at a price I could handle. Refused to work on new vehicle (Edited 2/1/16) While I can't speak for the sales department, avoid the service department at all costs. After multiple visits with my new truck, being patient while While I can't speak for the sales department, avoid the service department at all costs. After multiple visits with my new truck, being patient while they tried multiple times to fix power steering failure which eventually resulted in being replaced the 4th time around. Come to find out they did not perform an alignment after this which resulted in bad tire wear a few months down the road when I was getting thumping sound in the front end along with steering wheel shake. I took it in and they moved the bad front tires to the rear and did an alignment. I was told that the rear was now shaking but that is "should" eventually wear properly. I said it was not acceptable as the tire wear was do to bad alignment on their part. They said they never did an alignment, which I have had other service departments confirm is not proper procedure after replacing steering rack components and why the alignment was off. After having to contact corporate support which they then contacted the dealer did I get them to replace the tires. Upon picking up the truck the steering wheel was not aligned correctly. I took it back and thought all was resolved with this issue. But later receiving a low tire pressure warning was when I realized that they never did the relearn for the TPMS system and tires were not linked to correct location on vehicle. I took it in to get this done, which they then rotated them again as well. After leaving the dealer I noticed bad shake in front end. Made appointment to take it in next day to get it looked at and received a call from Service Manager Mark Len asking me to please take it elsewhere. When asked why he stated it was because of a previous survey I filled out stating honestly how I felt about my service. Rather than try and correct the problem and make use of the survey he felt it would be better off not risking another negative survey and refused looking at my truck anymore. UPDATE-While the above still stands, I was contacted by the General Manager Mark Montante and he wanted to sit and talk about my experience. He apologized for how things were handled. I appreciate him taking the time to talk with me and letting me voice my concerns. More
