I give this dealership 5 stars. The salesperson Lisa L was amazing,nice and professional. Lisa wasn't just out to make money, she truly cares about her customers. I made in advance an appointment to have my 1st free oil change completed on my 2020 Silverado Truck 2 weeks prior. Go yesterday arrived for my appointment early and asked the Service Advisor Jasper how lo change completed on my 2020 Silverado Truck 2 weeks prior. Go yesterday arrived for my appointment early and asked the Service Advisor Jasper how long it would take no response or attempt to let me know how long. Sitting in a waiting room with 7 other people in a pandemic sat for over 1 1/2 hours with still no response. Went back to Jasper and was told it would be 1 more hour! Was told this isn’t a Jiffy Lube!! What disrespect to treat a new customer ! IDo not recommend the this Dealership for anything ! Bad experience from onset of purchasing my new truck!! I would have been better off going to a Jiffy Lube better treatment and better service. Have left messages with Service Manager as well as Experience Manager no return calls. It looks like by the reviews Tracy repeats same comments for every review posted . Do not go there for anything. Terrible More

Our brand new truck has been in the shop 3 times, since purchased one month ago. We've driven it maybe a total of 5 days. Very disappointed. Have had no solutions to the problem but to sit and wait. Do not feel safe driving it when it will only get up to 25 mph on the highway, and was told if it happened a third time it could be turned in and we would get another one. Now we find out that is not going to happen as it has been denied. I'm sure any Chevy employee with this issue would be treated quite differently. What ever happened with the Lemon Law, because this is a RIPE LEMON. More

Service consultant I asked to receive a list of previous service documents so that GM could review all the issues I have had with my truck. I was originally told to come I asked to receive a list of previous service documents so that GM could review all the issues I have had with my truck. I was originally told to come in with my license to pick then up. I came in later that day and they were having issues finding the correct vehicle. Service consultant Jennifer H told us to come to her office and was extremely rude and was obviously annoyed by the request. She said that I had to send an email requesting them and they would only send them in mail. I sent the email while sitting there. She said if we're having problems with truck shutting down while driving to take it to auto zone, maybe they can figure out the code.( that is ridiculous since im paying $500 a month for the lease, the service dept should figure out why it shuts off while im driving it). The truck was in there several times for the same issue already. I called a few days later since I got no response from my email. She again was rude and said someone will call me back. No call back.. I went in to the dealership to talk to someone else and they directed me to Service Manager Mark Len.. He apologized for the inconvenience and said that made no sense to have to send an email to request the documents when I was there with my license. He immediately printed them for me and was very helpful and professional. As for Jennifer, if you choose to work in customer service, you need to remember what the title means...Customer Service means helping the customer. Not talking down to them and being rude. I've bought several vehicles at Taylor Chevrolet over the years but me and my family will not be returning customer. I went to a competitor for the same request and had what I needed in 5 min and no issues. More
