Hi Jim! My name is Julie. I'm the Customer Experience Manager here at Taylor Chevrolet. We take all reviews regarding our dealership to heart and it pains us to see when a customer is not happy. I see that you originally purchased your vehicle here in October of 2020 with 39,765 miles on it. I understand your concerns with the difference in credit scores and with interest rates, however, when you refinanced with your credit union, there are a multitude of things that can affect your refinanced rate. Things such as mileage on the vehicle, or value. Also, at the time that we had run your credit report, your personal credit score could have changed in that year. Again, we are deeply sorry for your disappointment, though we DO appreciate your business and will diligently do our best to regain your faith in us. I refinance with my credit union at a high mileage and also got the best rate from them but with your company I had a credit score of 720 and you still got charged me seven half percent so I highly doubt it's someone with 720 credit score could end up getting a high interest rate like yours and by the way you did not solve the problem
