Great service but inspect your car The service employees are nice but every time I drop my car off to be serviced, I get it back with something wrong. The first time, it looked like 3 prongs were dug into my front passenger door. Now the paint has been lifted off a portion of my back bumper and my clear nose cover has been ripped. Overall it's a nice dealership. Eventhough I didn't buy my bmw from them, they always provide me with a loaner car. Service department needs some work though. Technicians are careless and dirty.
