I'd worked with salesman Chris Clavijo for weeks regarding a 2018 G80. During that time, Chris informed me that the car was clean, detailed , serviced and was even getting touch up paint on the hoo regarding a 2018 G80. During the purchase of the vehicle I explained to Chris that I had to go to Michigan to care for my ailing mother and would need the vehicle delivered to my TN home address. When I was informed the vehicle would arrive soon, I left my mother and came down to TN to pick my car up and drive it right back to MI. But when the car arrived it was NOTHING like what was advertised. It was absolutely filthy inside. No one attempted to clean the vehicle. It wreaked of weed. When I turned the car on...the dashboard said the car was over 17000 miles past due for service and the car was E, not a drop of gas in it. When I began driving the car, I noticed that the brakes were terrible, grinding and making a thumping sound. The pads were worn down and the rotors were warped. The rear tires were worn past the tread limiter. There was also something wrong with the steering. I immediately complained to Monique at customer service who made it seem like they were arranging the pick up and return of the vehicle...but after a week+ of communicating with her I received an email advising me that I had 3 options: to pay 3k to return the vehicle $1800 to exchange the vehicle or pay up front for any damages and repairs and request reimbursement (as if I should trust them to reimburse me). I spoke with general manager Al Pishvaei who said he wouldn't charge me anything more than the difference in cost for a vehicle exchange but when I gave him the 2019 Genesis g80 located at Taverna Infiniti...he told me the vehicle wasn't available which was false because I'd spoken to Chase and Sebastian at Taverna Infinit who confirmed it was available. I also confirmed a 2nd 2019 G80 at that location. (Both vehicles are still on autotrader.com to this day) When I confronted him with this...he stopped taking my calls, emails and texts. My mother passed on Sunday 7/21/25. I was the only 1 of her 4 kids that was not at her bed side because I couldn't get to her due to this vehicle. Just to remove all doubt from what kind of company this is... Taverna had my car for 2-3 weeks after I purchased it. So they had ample time to make good on their promises yet they chose not to care. I had my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee tow to Taverna on 5/20/2025 because the check engine light cut on. After paying $2900 it would just cut out will driving which is dangerous in South Florida. My Jeep cut off and I couldn't get it restarted. I was there for 3 hours. Finally, I got it start and went back home pulled into my driveway and it died. I got the Jeep towed to Taverna they were going to run diagnostics of the problem. It was the auxiliary battery plus the manifold problem. The service repair man call and said it would be $2500 more I said that is too much he said how about $1800? I asked to speak to the service Manager. I told him that the big battery was only 211 install and because it was difficult to get to, I paid and additional $100. I was only authorizing the replacement of the auxiliary battery. On Friday I was told it wasn't ready. Saturday I called Ryan, and he said it should be ready by 1pm but someone would call me when it was done. I called 8times between 1 pm and 4pm not one answer unavailable and hang up. Finally, Anthony said it was ready pick it up. I drove across from Lauderdale beach to Plantation and got there at 4:45 everyone was gone even though there Saturday hours were until 5 pm. If this business is still open in 5/6 months, it will be a miracle. More

I scheduled an appointment to test drive a specific car after being told multiple times by one of their employees Brianna that it was still available. Once we found him, he had no clue which car I was there to see. He asked if I had the lot number, and seemed confused and unprepared. We wandered the lot for a while before he took us inside to “look it up,” only to find out that the car had actually been sold five days prior. Not only was the listing still up, but I had received multiple confirmations that it was available — even though it hadn’t been for nearly a week. Despite knowing this, Mike still walked us around the lot trying to push other cars on me that were not what I was looking for at all — different year, color, price point, everything. I had taken time off work, drove 45 minutes each way, and even arranged insurance — for a car that didn’t exist. To top it off, I was brought inside to speak with the manager, Arturo, who was incredibly rude and dismissive. He talked over me, belittled me, and implied I didn’t know what I was talking about. As someone who works in management myself, I was shocked at how unprofessional and condescending he was, especially given that their team had completely dropped the ball. When I followed up with Brianna to let her know the car had been sold long before my appointment, all I got was a generic message saying they had “similar cars” available — which they absolutely didn’t. The entire experience was a complete waste of time, energy, and money — and left a very bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honest or competent service. Strange, right? My car was only two years old. But I trusted them and paid nearly $1,000. Fast-forward to today: I brought the same minivan in for regular maintenance. Again, they claimed the batteries needed replacement. The cost? Almost identical. When I questioned the price, they instantly knocked off $240. Still, I refused the service. They told me that the battery warranty was two years, and it was slightly over two years. I decided to investigate: ✅ I found the battery online for $45 ✅ My trusted certified mechanic installed it for $40 ✅ Total cost: $85 ✅ The minivan runs perfectly. Then came the shocker: My mechanic showed me the old battery’s 3-year warranty sticker. Taverna told me it wasn't under warranty. I took the battery back and showed them the sticker. They stayed silent. No apology. No refund. I asked the manager why they lied. He shrugged and said, “That’s how dealerships charge.” So...they knowingly lie and overcharge the customers who trust them? I own two Chrysler vehicles—a 2021 Jeep Wrangler and a 2020 Pacifica. Arturo is the absolute most disrespectful and the biggest liar I have come across. We sent an email to management as instructed on the voicemail because they do not answer their phone and 2 weeks later still no reply. He got a bill from Chrysler Financial with the payment information then a week later a letter stating the contract had been returned to Taverna because apparently the loan company has realized they are a bunch of crooks as well. Please stay away from this bunch. More

They blamed it on me, saying I did not give a deposit....that nobody asked me for or I would have. They spoke personally to my loan officer to confirm cash price was on the way. And again...they had a signed buyer order and my credit union has a copy of it. Bad bad business!!! More
I have never been treated like an uneducated person before in my life. They kept me there for four hours today. They advertised, upside down, payoff your car, and get you into another one. After all the back and forth and at the end, we found out that they were getting a loan approved for a used vehicle which we were in agreement with in order to put the upside down dollars into the loan. We found out that what the representative told us wasn't correct and they ran my credit and everything to get me ANTHER LOAN AND KEEP THE OLD CAR AND LOAN! Really and then had the audacity to say we wasted their time. Absoulutely, a terrible way to treat people. We are the customers and should have been told upfront no deal and not the run around to try to trick us. More
