Awful to work with. After signing a buyers order for a vehicle and arranging for my credit union to overnight the payment, they called an hour later as my credit union w After signing a buyers order for a vehicle and arranging for my credit union to overnight the payment, they called an hour later as my credit union was sending the check to inform me that they sold the car to a cash buyer. They blamed it on me, saying I did not give a deposit....that nobody asked me for or I would have. They spoke personally to my loan officer to confirm cash price was on the way. And again...they had a signed buyer order and my credit union has a copy of it. Bad bad business!!! More

I have never been treated like an uneducated person before in my life. They kept me there for four hours today. They advertised, upside down, payoff your car, and get you into another one. After all before in my life. They kept me there for four hours today. They advertised, upside down, payoff your car, and get you into another one. After all the back and forth and at the end, we found out that they were getting a loan approved for a used vehicle which we were in agreement with in order to put the upside down dollars into the loan. We found out that what the representative told us wasn't correct and they ran my credit and everything to get me ANTHER LOAN AND KEEP THE OLD CAR AND LOAN! Really and then had the audacity to say we wasted their time. Absoulutely, a terrible way to treat people. We are the customers and should have been told upfront no deal and not the run around to try to trick us. More
