Went "window shopping" and left with a Jeep Cherokee As with many people today, COVID-19 has kept us on "lock down." Today, I had a chance to leave the house and so I went "window Shopping" for a car. W As with many people today, COVID-19 has kept us on "lock down." Today, I had a chance to leave the house and so I went "window Shopping" for a car. When I arrived I thought the dealership was closed as I didn't see anyone inside or outside. Shortly after stepping out of my car, "Joe" stepped outside. He explained the reason the dealership appeared closed (COVID-19 precautions). He asked if I was browsing or had something in mind already. We chatted over some of my needs which led me to the Jeep Cherokee. I had already done my homework on several vehicles, the Cherokee being one of them. Long story short, after a fairly short discussion (in car buying time), we did numbers, covered warranties, etc., and... Homeward bound with a new (used) vehicle. No pressure tactics, relaxed atmosphere, no "salesman slang", just a very pleasant car buying experience. Oh, and by the way, my 17-year old son was with me during the entire purchase.
