I was involved in a car accident on 9 8/22. I needed a ride. I was ride sharing until today. I stumbled across the vehicle I have here. I kept trying to find the car in my state (NJ) . I surrendered earlier this week (Tuesday) & went to White Plains, NY. I was assigned Melvin. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, accomadating and professional. He didn't try to handle or hassle me into a higher price vehicle. I appreciate that. The other part is that when I told him what time I was arriving, he had everything ready for me. I was literally in by 12/12:30 PM & out by 2 PM. Anyone who knows the car buying process knows that this is like the Express lane. Now I had a part. I knew what I wanted. He (Melvin) helped me with becoming familiar with the features. Thanks Naeem & Melvin for valuing my time.
