I thought I made a good deal only to find that management cancelled the deal for a lame reason, I wanted a 2012 Passat SE Platinum gray with sunroof. I even put a deposit down for the car! Relocation manage cancelled the deal for a lame reason, I wanted a 2012 Passat SE Platinum gray with sunroof. I even put a deposit down for the car! Relocation manager must be on vacation or needs one. Good dealership only if you take what the offer you, not the other way around. More

This dealers offers you great prices which they cannot live up to. I visited this dealer in September and made a deal with the salesman and manager. I was given a deal lower than most dealerships. Unfortu live up to. I visited this dealer in September and made a deal with the salesman and manager. I was given a deal lower than most dealerships. Unfortunately, this deal was too good to be true. The salesman told me my car would be located in a few days(as the car I requested was not already on the lot). I asked the salesman to contact me the next day to ensure I would be able to obtain the car. The next day after signing the papers, I called the dealer to see what the status was on my car. I called several times with no call back. I finally was able to speak to the salesman, he said my car was being located but he didnt have a pickup date. Three days later I still did not hear from the dealer. After the weekend, I called several times and left numerous voicemails for the salesman and sales manager. Finally, after stating I was looking to go to a different dealer because of the terrible customer service, the salesman returned my call. He informed me that the dealership could not value the deal we agreed to and I would have to pay $40 more for the car plus wait a month to recieve it, and I would have to choose a different color car than the one the dealer agreed to give me. The service of this dealer is terrible. They have no respect for their customers. Buyer beware !!! If this place gives you a deal you think is just too good to be true than it definately is. The salesmen do not keep you in the know about what is going on with your purchase. They will low-ball you a payment number and than change the price based on a lie they give you. If you are looking to buy a VW, I would recommend you go elsewhere. More

Lash had the best pricing by far of any other Volkswagen dealership in the area. Very helpful in locating and obtaining the car I wanted. They handled all paperwork quickly and professionally. Certain "other" dealerships could use a lesson from Lash (and Lester Li specifically) about customer service. There is always someone to take our call or greet you with a smile, a "hello" and to ask if you need assistance. Lester Li made my experience pleasurable and relatively painless and stress-free. He is very well acquainted with all the Volkswagen models and will work his tail off whether you're buying the base model Golf or the top-of-the-line GTI. Definitely the best experience with any car dealership I've had to date. More

In 2010, I did my homework and I was going to go back to my dealership in Rockland when I noticed a new VW dealership in Westchester. When I called, not only did I have a pleasant conversation, but the own my dealership in Rockland when I noticed a new VW dealership in Westchester. When I called, not only did I have a pleasant conversation, but the own himself handled my call. I knew that this is where I wanted to get my new VW and I never regret it since. When my tire monitor light came on, they took care of it and explained everything to me. Their service department is clean, busy, and professional. I have visited a few times and they remember who you are. The receptionist is always able to direct your query. Go see for yourself! I will be getting my next car from Lash when that time comes, without a doubt! More
