My experience at Lash was fantastic. I wanted to surprise my wife with a car for her birthday, and Tiffany worked with me every step of the way to make it happen. I was able to get a great price while not be my wife with a car for her birthday, and Tiffany worked with me every step of the way to make it happen. I was able to get a great price while not being upsold on the car I wanted. And Tiffany was fantastic about making every arrangement particularly carefully so that the surprise was not lost! We even spoke on the phone to make the plan for bringing my wife in and surprising her with her new car. Tiffany had my wife's car hiding in a garage bay while we test drove another car, and shortly after we returned, out came the car, complete with Tiffany's handmade bow on top. I also had dealings with Nicky Costello,the finance person. He too, was most helpful and forthright. Price-wise, Lash offered a reasonable discount on the 4-wheel drive version of the Tiguan, which is scarecely available at the present. In all, a very pleasant car experience was had at Lash VW!
