I have purchase several brand new cars and this is one of the best brand new car dealership i have ever dealt with. The other one being Carmax Toyota in Laurel, MD. This dealership is very non-traditional, low pressure and haggle-free. Basically you do all your homework before hand. Request a price quote via email in a very timely manner. Within several hours during business hour, Lester reply back with a price quote. I then schedule a time to come in to test drive the car. I have a trade in, so Tom the General manager appraise my car and gave me a non-lowball offer. Next person I have to deal with is Nick whom is a finance manager. Of course being a finance manager, he would tried to sell you extended warranty. By no means he pressure you into getting an extended warranty. Being this is my first new/used european, diesel car, Lester spent a great amount of time explaining in detail of all the functions of the car to me during delivery. Lastly, I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours. What can I say? No hidden charges, no gimmick, no BS. This is what all the car dealerships should be.
