I came into Lash VW shopping for a car not sure what or if I was wanting to buy. The sales representative (Christos) approached me right away with a very friendly, non-pressuring demeanor, offering me any if I was wanting to buy. Not once during the whole process did I feel pressured to buy anything like at other dealers I had been to, he even said if you decide not to get a VW, it's no hard feelings and hopefully we can still be friends. His knowledge about the VW lineup was amazing. Any questions I asked were answered right away, without any second guesses. I wound up leasing the GTI because of what the car offered, the price I could get it at, and the maintenance packages offered.
