Two jettas 2019 2020 I use these cars for my driving school. so having my cars sitting around in service takes time and money away from me. A lot of “I understand “ but the amount of smoke blown in one sentence is mind boggling. Took the car in for its 20k oil change. Brake work and the good ol transmission issues that has been lingering since I first purchased my 2019 Jetta. My Jetta has been sitting there all day untouched with the excuse being that the transmission specialist wasn’t around. What doesn’t that have to do with my breaks and oil change? Kenny letter tells me that my scheduled appointment was to see a service advisor, not to get my car worked on. I don’t even know what that means. I picked up my car with no work done to it and here’s the kicker Kenny asks me if I wanted to set up another appointment. No thank you! please, DO NOT take your car here. A lot of run arounds and excuses with nothing getting done. More

I love my new JETTA! And White Plains VW made it happen! Daniel was courteous and attentive on sales, and Shawn the manager made the final deal painless. I really felt like they wanted to work with me, and Daniel was courteous and attentive on sales, and Shawn the manager made the final deal painless. I really felt like they wanted to work with me, and not just get me in a car quickly! I think we’ll be working together for a long time! Joe More

According to their diagnosis, A/C compressor needs to be replaced (with the cost north of $2,500 for parts + labor) and that there was no freon left in the A/C system. I declined the service and went elsewhere. Turned out nothing wrong, the A/C was fully charged with freon already, just cleared the "low refrigerant level" DTC code. More
Lash/White plains is a no no. They are the worst and just can’t cover up their lies . Autozone mechanics are more trustworthy and reliable than these people.. Shame leaving a review in their page requires me can’t cover up their lies . Autozone mechanics are more trustworthy and reliable than these people.. Shame leaving a review in their page requires me giving 1 star which they are very far from.. too many lies and will delay answering questions to think of an excuse.. Hey service advisors at Lash/White Plains, heres a tip for future customers you are going to rob, At least keep the car in the shop longer than half an hour if you plan on charging 3 hours of labor cause the year is 2020 and cars have cameras and trackers now a days lol..will never be returning here nor will I ever recommend anybody to this service center. Failed at Every Opportunity - Stay Away I purchased a used VW Tiguan in August. While still under the 30 day/1000 mile warranty, I had to take the car back several times to their service department. The issue was allegedly fixed each time. The last time the car would not go above 5mph. My wife and child were in the car. Needless to say, it was a dangerous situation. I had to have the car towed back to their service department. They allegedly fixed the issue. Now less than 90 days after purchase, the heat does not work. I took it to my trusted mechanic. The car required a new waterpump, thermostat, and heating coil. Also, the wrong engine coolant had been placed in the car and had built up a residue. The entire system needed to be flushed.(Isn't this supposed to be checked during the pre-sale inspection by the dealer?) I informed the dealer and they said that I was out of warranty. When I attempted to discuss this with the sales manager, I was informed that I was out of luck and there was nothing that they can do. When speaking with the sales manager, he was xxxx bent on not listening to my complaint and immediately tried shutting me down and not allowing me to finish my sentences. I am now out $3,100 which is 1/3 of the price that I am paying for the car. So much for customer satisfaction. I recommend that you Do NOT purchase a car at White Plains Volkswagen. Do NOT go near White Plains Volkswagen. I do not trust this company and neither should you. More

Our vehicle requir I am not someone who writes reviews so that alone should tell you something. This dealership has been nothing but a disappointment. Our vehicle required 3 trips to the service department within 30 days. They basically told us we were lucky they helped us out however couldn't answer why the car would have so many issues within just 30 days. Now we are about 50 days out and the car requires a $1200 repair that they are refusing to help with. This place is a scam. They sell cars that look nice but have major issues. They do not call back and put you on hold until you are disconnected. Please take my advice and do not buy from them. This is my second VW (first was a diesel so you can imagine how that ended) and it will be my last. More

First, I cancelled the invite but the next day I went in. As usual I spent a lot of time with you guys. I even called family member's and had lunch. Eventually I got the Tiguan and thank God 🙏??🇺🇸 for sharing your thoughts and prayers 😇 🇺🇸 Problem solved. More

The problems started whe They tried to retroactively increase the price of my car two months after I bought it, after I asked for $50 they owed me. The problems started when they tried to sell me a service loaner they weren’t technically allowed to sell yet, which resulted in numerous delays. They agreed to give me $50 off the $17,000 car to compensate me for the gas money and whatnot (an "inconvenience adjustment check). Since I had a certified check, they said they would just mail me the $50 off along with the title. The title came late, and was then mailed to a Nissan dealership in Long Island by accident for good measure. When I finally went to pick up the title, there was no check. I asked about this, the manager went through his papers, and eventually found the paper in writing that said they owed me $50, and he agreed to mail me a check. The check never comes ... for $50. I started calling the dealership periodically to ask where my $50 is. I kept getting the run-around or transferred to voicemails that never called me back. $50 isn’t a lot of money, but this is just insulting and I didn't want to let them forget that they agreed - in writing - to pay me $50. Finally, some manager explained to me today that they simply weren't going to pay me, and then further threatened to charge me an extra $500 RETROACTIVELY on the car because they claimed to have "miscalculated" the tax and they could totally call the DMV or whatever to make me pay it (and then later on explained that they had already paid it, and maybe they wanted it back). I told them that the taxes, fees, etc were included in the total cost of the car and I didn’t owe them any money for their mistake, if that is even how those taxes worked, but they absolutely owed be fifty xxxxxxx dollars and it was in writing. WHAT THE xxxx IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE?!? I just bought a car from them, why would try to rip me off of $50??? More
