I've been a customer for more than 12 years, purchasing and leasing multiple cars, and this is how you treat my family? Are you that desperate to sell your cars - to risk losing dedicated customers? I have had some recent troubles with your Service Department - making multiple appointments and never getting my car back as promised. And still waiting for the same warrantee part to be fixed. You have attempted to diagnose the issue, without any success. It feels like you're waiting for my warranty to expire so Jorde can sell me an extremely overpriced extended one of your own. Despite that, I still have written very good reviews - assuming that the "good" service would eventually happen - but I'm still waiting. It might be better to post these communications on Facebook, https://nextdoor.com/, VW.com, and Pablo Di Si - maybe then I would get a rapid response. I have called and emailed requesting a call from your service manager, and still waiting. I've worked with service agents who are pushing extended warranties, pushing to sell my car just to get me into a 72 month new vehicle, etc. - but what have you done for me lately other than causing me much frustration. I was hoping that a new name on the dealership and service center would bring about positive change - but it takes more than a friendly greeting to properly serve your customers. Very disappointed! 24 hours ago I purchased a used Volks Tiguan. Drove from NJ to NY on Sunday to purchase a car to find out that business office wasn't in so I would have come back on Monday. Left a down payment t Drove from NJ to NY on Sunday to purchase a car to find out that business office wasn't in so I would have come back on Monday. Left a down payment to hold car and came back on Monday. Before I came on Monday I did the financing online to help speed the progress. Despite that I sat there for 2.5 hours waiting for the deal to be done. As I drove home to NJ the check oil light came on. I immediately contacted dealership and asked why this would happen if the car was properly serviced before being sold. I got really no answer. I was told to bring back to dealership and I explained that it was not convenient and could they set it up with dealership closer to me. I explained I had plans to go out of town this week and need to have it done Wednesday morning. That is what fits my schedule...they said we will get back you asap. I have heard nothing despite text, call and email. I made my own appointment with local Volkswagen dealer. This level of customer service on a car that was 18k is very troubling and they should be embarrassed. More
