I was treated so nicely throughout the entire experience! From the beautiful showroom/waiting room to the coffee, bagels and doughnuts, cafe tables, phone charging station and comfortable furniture and tv. Bought 2022 Volkswagon Taos SE , notorious for missing coolant issues. Had to complain 3 times before finally getting head gasket checked and coolant leakage confirmed. Two months later all calls ignored coolant issues. Had to complain 3 times before finally getting head gasket checked and coolant leakage confirmed. Two months later all calls ignored and when I went to dealership Service Manager Basim Hanif was rude, obnoxious and became physically aggressive and had to be held back by the Audi Sales Staff. Complained to Saki the VW sales manager who promised he would resolve issue and all now he is ignoring calls as well. Brand new car and they don't want to fix it UNDER WARRANTY. Worst Service ever, as a US Marine Veteran I'm disgusted by the way I was treated. Tell all my Lakeland Football, Soccer, Field Hockey, Basketball friends and families to STAY CLEAR of this shady buisness! More
