I am beyond furious with the utterly incompetent and unprofessional service I received from VW. This dealership’s blatant disregard for their customers’ time, convenience, and trust has left me regrett unprofessional service I received from VW. This dealership’s blatant disregard for their customers’ time, convenience, and trust has left me regretting ever doing business with them. If you value your time and sanity, steer clear of this place. I arranged to pick up my car at midnight, with the explicit agreement that the keys would be left in the vehicle for a seamless process. I arrived at midnight to find no keys in the car. I had to have my friend drive me home and back to get my keys. I didn’t get home until 2 am. This was not a minor oversight; it was a complete failure to follow through on a basic promise. Because of their mistake, I was stranded at midnight, forced to make an entirely unnecessary trip, and nearly left without a car for two days. To make matters worse, I had to drive another hour and a half round-trip the next business day to resolve their error and finally retrieve my vehicle. That’s a total of3.5 hours of driving—purely because of their negligence. My time is valuable, and this dealership treated it as if it meant nothing. I attempted to address this fiasco with the manager Ray Maldonado, not once but twice, through phone calls and messages (he has my cell and my email) hoping for some accountability or at least an apology. Both times, I was completely ignored—no return call, no explanation, nothing. This level of disrespect and lack of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I don’t know if he’s incompetent or just doesn’t care. A business that can’t even bother to respond to a customer’s legitimate concerns clearly has no interest in making things right. This experience was not just inconvenient; it was infuriating and entirely preventable. This VW has shown they cannot be trusted to honor their commitments or value their customers.
