He answered every single of my questions, three times. He was familiar with the vehicle I wanted. He knew the different Tiguan models offered by VW, and made it very clear to me the tremendous value I was getting for my money. “Z” returned all six of the calls he promised to return during the course of the negotiation and purchase of the vehicle. He never once tripped over his own shoelaces. He knows the business. He is a pro and I don’t say that lightly. I also happen to be not too easy a fellow to interact with, yet, not once did he fail to comport himself with great courtesy and patience when speaking with me. When I asked him to try to reduce the final quote I was given, he politely told me would, calling me the next day, at 9:15 am, just as he said he would, with an answer to my request. Given the prevalence of mediocrity that sadly has come to define the New America, I commend you sir for the 5 Star business model you have achieved. The quality of service and integrity “Z” has shown have left a lasting impression, enough so that I intend to purchase all future motor vehicles from your dealership, without question. My salesman, Stephen Clarke, was wonderful - he was thoughtful, well-informed, made me comfortable and by the time I signed on the dotted line I left with not one single regret. He made the entire experience a joy! The other folks in the showroom were equally pleasant and kind to me. This was the first time I felt totally comfortale making such a large purchase, had no "buyer's remorse" and I know I would do it again in a heart beat. I never felt pressured in any way nor did I experience any of the "dealer role playing" that I had experienced at other car brand dealerships. I probably sound like I am on the payroll but it is really so rare to have such a positive experience that I have to gush about it! More
