I have leased 4 cars from David Slavin at Mohegan lake motors. He is always there and works with me on price and follows up on his sales. He knows my wife and my dog and always has a cd of his choice of m motors. He is always there and works with me on price and follows up on his sales. He knows my wife and my dog and always has a cd of his choice of music waiting if he knows I'm coming in. At the same time, the service department, especially Diane Heaton, are always ready and willing to get me in at a moments notice for an oil change or check out a strange noise I hear. They always complete their work thoroughly and quickly. Anytime I have any problem that will be any length of time to fix I always have a rental car. I would reccomend this dealership to anyone. Before speaking with David Slavin at Mohigan Lake I had visited several dealerships, done my pricing research both on line and through Consumer Reports and I knew the approximate fair value of the car I was looking to purchase. I called David solely on the string of positive reviews I had read on the internet about him and the Dealership. I was not disappointed. I spoke to David for 5 minutes on the phone. I gave him the particulars on the car I was looking for; and the "Best Price" range I had been quoted. 15 minutes later I received a return call. He had found the exact car and color I was looking for (no bait 'n switch) and he met the best price I had been quoted. Paperwork was completed via email in 3 hours and I had the car in 3 business days. That's doing business! The delivery was on time, all final paperwork was ready, the car was immaculate and the tank was full (a small but, I thought, a nice touch). I'm looking forward to my first scheduled service. I'm fairly confident that their Service Dept. operates under the same standards as their Sales Dept. More

I went to this dearlership with the intent to just test drive a new jetta since im about to move to texas and planned on making the purchase there. Once inside i was greated and asked if i could be helpedwith anything which i said no i was just looking. i then set in the new jetta on the showroom and Stephen Clarke came by a few minutes later and pointed out a few items in the car and ask if there was anything spacific i was looking to see on the jetta and i said i wanted to see a loaded one an he brought me just that and said they even had the color i wanted in stock. i then test drove the car and was sold, i figured there was no way i was going to get the kind of service or price i was getting anywhere else so i left my app information and was told i would be contcated once they had the best deal worked out since it was late in the day. By the time i got home i had a voicemail stating i had been approved for a great deal and i showed up two days later, gave a few john hancocks and was sent on my way after a nice demo of all the cars features with the best car i have ever driven.
